The Dunes is a gated condo complex with deeded beach access in the quiet part of Fort Morgan & Gulf Shores. The beach access is limited to two condo complexes and a small pocket of homes. This offers longs stretches of beach to enjoy with lots of privacy. From the condo, it is a two to three minute walk to the beach. The complex also includes an indoor pool with a hot tub, outdoor pool, and exercise room.

Dunes #405 is a one-bedroom unit with two full bathrooms that also includes abunk bed alcove. In addition, there is a new sleeper sofa in the living allowing for up to 6 guests. There is a fully functional kitchen with all of the appliances, cookware and utensils needed to meet your cooking needs. The televisions in the living room and bedroom are smart TVs with a Roku device that includes YouTube TV, NetFlix, Hulu and DisneyPlus programming. There is also high-speed internet in the unit.

The Dunes is located near the Fort Morgan historic site and the ferry stop to Dauphin Island. Also, nearby is the popular Tacky Jack’s restaurant, Fort Morgan Marina, and several great golf courses.

Rentals are available with a two-day minimum to weekly, bi-weekly, monthly or longer.
