This remodeled one bedroom/two bath Ridge villa, set at the Kapalua® Resort is the perfect place to call home on your next Maui vacation; and, that is because it is in the perfect location at the Ridge. Boasting of views, views, and more views, this villa is the ultimate in island style luxury living. With ocean, island and coastal vistas, you may have little incentive to leave your villa!



 



Stepping into your Maui home for the first time, you will immediately be drawn to the gorgeous sights to be seen through every window. Your large lanai is the perfect place to take in all the incredible beauty this magical island has to offer. There is comfortable table and 4 chairs so you will see all the way down to the world famous Honolua Bay. The island of Molokai’, the sparkling blue Pacific, and the sprawling coast line will combine to keep you mesmerized. Pour yourself a Mai Tai, kick off your shoes, and let our soft floral trade winds melt away all your worries.



 



You have got a real surprise in store if you arrive during whale season.  The ocean is alive with our most famous island visitors, the humpback whales. There is no need to book a whale watching trip; simply relax in the comfort of your villa and take in the show. You have got the best seat is the house. This is an experience memories are made of.



 



The kitchen is beautifully updated, with stainless appliances, granite counter tops and tile flooring. One of the highlights of the kitchen is the view! No other kitchen in the world can offer views of Molokai and the Pacific Ocean as can this one. It is stocked with everything you need to prepare the fanciest of meals - lovely dishes, glasses, and flatware, pots and pans, place mats, small appliances (blender, coffee maker, toaster, electric hand mixer, coffee grinder, and more). If you find that you are in need of a little something extra, please don’t hesitate to ask and we’ll be more than happy to bring it right over.



 



Adjoining the kitchen, you will find a dining room table which can comfortably seat four.



 



The living room features two sofas and chair, coffee table, TV, side tables with a lamps, and a desk with chair. This spacious living room is the perfect spot to comfortably unwind after a long day at the beach, or, set out some “pupus” and enjoy the company of your guests. Wherever you are seated, you will find that dazzling views will follow.

This villa features two remodeled baths, complete with granite counter tops and tile floors. The master bath has a hug soaking tub (jets are disconnected), and, two separate vanities, each with large mirrors and custom lighting.  The guest bath, just off the living area, has a custom tile shower and a designer sink. The washer/dryer is conveniently located in the guest bath.  .



 



The spacious master bedroom has an advanced, quiet model Fijitsu AC;  for light sleepers, this is just the ticket!

This villa comes with reserved covered parking, free wireless password protected high speed internet, digital cable, discounted golf, starter supply of paper towels, soap/shampoos, laundry detergent and bath/beach towels, Beach chairs and cooler.

Late departures must be made at the time of booking for a fee of half a days rent.

The Ridge features two beautiful, heated swimming pools. Both pool areas feature gas grills, lounge chairs, a location for eating, with tables and chairs, a shower, a soda machine and restrooms. Pool “One” has an additional full kitchen and large covered gathering area, making this a perfect space for dining throughout the day, rain or shine.
