Enjoy Paradise-AQUATIKA Beach Front-with POOLS!!

This property is amazing! Pools, hot tubs, minigolf, tennis courts, beach volleyball and a private beech. We were there over a “break’ week and it still didnt feel crowded but there were enough kids around for my kiddos to make playmates. The unit itself was really well furnished with ample beds, a well stocked kitchen and comfy living room. We ate many meals there as we didn’t want to leave! The host was responsive and entry/exit was super easy. The perfect vacation spot close to San Juan and the mountains.

Overall, a good stay. The host was nice and easy to communicate with. We also lucked out that he was in town visiting during our stay.The property was nice. We loved the pools. A few things to note. There was no hand soap in the apartment. One bathroom had hand sanitizer but no soap so we had to buy some. The kitchen had most of what we needed but did not have any kitchen towels or oven mitts so we ended up using the bathroom towels in the kitchen. Not a big deal, but would be nice to have oven mitts!Having a washer was great and it worked fine, but when it transitioned from the wash to the rinse cycle, it made a horrible loud noise and shook. Sounded like a rocket about to blast off. Probably should have that checked out!Two of the AC units were not working when we arrived, but the host was able to arrange to have them fixed in a timely manner.

Beautiful place! Very clean and centrally located. Great for any group. The private beach and swimming pool were awesome. Great communication with the host. Very attentive!!

Great location for what we planned to do.

Room was easy to find and accurate. Security was impressive and made us feel safe and at ease. Host was communicative and easy to talk to.e

My mom, brother, and I stayed for a few days during a quick trip to Puerto Rico to celebrate my mom's 75th birthday. We liked the condo's closeness to the airport, terrific beaches, El Yunque National Forest, and Laguna Grande--all of which were less than an hour away. The Aquatika Development had lots of pools, tennis courts, mini golf, and a decent beach of its own. (The owner provides mini-golf clubs and balls, tennis rackets, beach chairs, etc., to use while you're there.) The condominium itself was spacious with a nice deck and all the tools you need to cook meals, although with all the tasty food available you'll want to eat out most meals. Speaking of which, the owner also sent us a helpful list of restaurants, tourist sites, etc., he recommended. We ate at two of the restaurants he suggested, and they were both great.

The property was extremely safe and well maintained. The propery was clean and well taken care of. The kids loved the access to the small beach and multiple pools, a d even more so the domestic animals around the property to name. We would gladly stay again!

We enjoyed our stay at aquatika. The grounds are well kept with private beach access, numerous pools and a secure gated entrance. The location was perfect for what we wanted to explore while in PR for the first time. The condo has everything you need and groceries are easy to get. There is a well stocked convenience store outside the gate or if you have a car Walmart is an easy drive. The host was helpful from booking til the end. You will hear roosters crowing 24/7 so bring ear plugs if you’re a light sleeper.

Nice pools and little beach. Had to wear a wrist band the whole time to access property. No good food options in area but found plenty within 15 mins of condo. Clean/ could use paint in some areas. Host was good with communication communicate

Overall we enjoyed our stay. The host messaged us shortly before our stay to say that the furniture in the living room and 2 of the bedrooms had been swapped out. He did send pictures and the current listing reflects that. It wasn’t overly cozy, but functioned. The kitchen was well stocked with plates/cups/bowls, but there were no kitchen towels other than a white bath hand towel. We didn’t expect shampoo and such, but typically some hand soap is provided and we had to go out and purchase hand soap. Please note there is no dishwasher so it would have been nice to have extra kitchen towels. It would also be nice to have some extra hooks or places for storage - as others have mentioned the closets were full of supplies for young children, a cot and even a twin mattress. There were beach toys, putters and balls for mini golf.The complex has a lot to offer. The lazy river is fun but you need to have your own inner tube - the complex doesn’t provide them. The pool closest to the beach is heated. My kids loved the waterslide (only open on weekends). It’s a long property so for those less physically capable it is a long walk to get to the beach. The complex is very secure and you have to stop each time you enter for them to glance at your wristbands. I’m not sure if it was the host or the app, but we had a very difficult time finding the actual apartment number and couldn’t check in without it, but a quick phone call resolved that.

We were very impressed with the security when we arrived. When we arrived into the apartment it was very clean, loved the decor and furniture. Very comfy and perfect for the location. 3 bedrooms with 1 bed full, 2nd bedroom full bed with trundle underneath and master bedroom had the master bath. The table was perfect to host game night and eat dinner as a family. Apartment had a highchair for my granddaughter, plenty of games we used at the end of the night. We had a small issue with the AC in the 3rd bedroom however host resolved it immediately. Elias was an amazing host. Will use him again,

Overall the experience was fair. The location of the property isn’t great as most excursions were a long drive away. Inside the property was very nice and safe. The property listing showed different furniture than what was actually included in the unit. For example, the living room sofa was not the same as the one shown in the description. This one was very narrow and hard. The owner informed me last minute, literally one week prior to the vacation about the furniture change but by that time most of the places were booked or super expensive and I spent hours to book the place prior to that as it’s the busy season during this time. I informed the owner of the uncomfortable furniture but they dismissed my concerns. Mosquitos also somehow made their way into the unit at night, causing us to be bitten in our sleep. The private beach was great otherwise.

Clean and well mantained place. Communication was good and the host gave us good information about the are and things to do. Sofas are stained and a little dirty, but the rest of the place was spotless.

We enjoyed the location of this condo, from the neighborhood convenience store to the local restaurants. The condo is very comfortably furnished and the enclosed porch is lovely. We found the VBRO website to be very frustrating for communication. It didn't work! The owner/host was very responsive and helpful connecting by text.

This property was pleasant and has all the essentials we needed and then some - from pots & pans to games, pool toys, to extra blankets, trash bags, some essential seasonings, fully functional washer & dryer , etc. The pool area was nice & the beach was pleasant. It was secure & easy to check in & check out. I was pleased with the cleanliness to the point i left the property as i found it entirely to require only mopping & blanket washing upon check out, i even swept & washed towels as a token of my appreciation. My struggle with the property was the loss of power(with no storm) & loss of water. The power was out for most of the first day, well into the night; the groundsman advised this is common for the area to lose power and i had a family member that required machinery with electric overnight and i had just spent 500$ at walmart on food, so i found myself very concerned and didnt have the electric company information to find updates on the outage.. The water is off in the mornings commonly for about 2 hours i am assuming as they are cleaning the pools, it wasnt a major inconvenience as that occurs early- back on by 730 am. I did reach out to Elias twice when the power went out as i thought we may have tripped the breaker, the first time he promptly responded & advised of the outage. The second time it was about 10pm & i was hoping for an update on the outage - in which he didn't respond even the next day; i did question transparency with power with the medical need

apartment was good , clean and have everything you need for a perfect vacation , chairs , cooler ever toys for the kids every room have their own tv , kitchen well equipped i highly recommend this unit
