The location was perfect. We walked all around the property. We did not go to the beach this time. We left the rental unit to go shopping at the outlet mall one morning. Everything was perfect for us. Would stay here again.

We love this property due to the proximity to restaurants and what Baytowne Wharf has to offer (i.e. entertainment, fireworks, etc) and Gina is uber responsive! Will definitely be back again!

Property was excellent; Gina was responsive and friendly and our stay was wonderful- pool access is on the same level, and we LOVED sitting on the porch and watching the village below. We could not have been closer to restaurants, stores, etc., and it was perfect.

I took my 15 year old son and his friends for a weekend birthday trip. The condo exceeded all of our expectations . The boys had the freedom to roam safely, go fishing, do the escape room, kayaking, pool, tram to the beach and tons more. Tons of shopping and restaurants just steps from your room. The balcony overlooks the village. It is so clean and beautiful! I have already booked another stay.

Looked and smelled clean when we walked in! Great location to everything! Loved hanging out on the large balcony having coffee in the morning and a cocktail at the end of the night. Beds and pillows were amazing! Thank you for a great stay!

My husband and I like to treat my parents to a vacation every year around this time. We decided to try to stay closer to home (near NOLA), someplace close to beautiful water, shopping, dining and nightlife. Baytowne Wharf checked all the boxes! This condo was perfect for the four of us. Each couple had their own private space and we would get together in the kitchen and living area for meals, games and making memories. The balcony was absolutely perfect for people watching and would be great during the busy season to watch the fireworks, live music and other events. Oh and the heated pool and hot tub just a couple of steps away were such a treat! We can't wait to return!

We were here for a wedding at Hotel Effie. The location and proximity to everything was the best part. We could walk anywhere we wanted, plenty of food and drink options. Gina was awesome with communication. We can’t wait to come back!

We are locals who rented for a staycation. We have stayed at other properties in Baytown but this location was by far the best. Didn't have to do a long trek through a parking garage and the pool was steps outside the door on the same floor. The view from the balcony was great and the condo was set up with everything you would need. Highly recommend!

We had a great time! Fantastic location at Baytowne Warf. People watch, listen to music, watch the fireworks. All from the balcony.

This was our first time to Destin and my family had a great time on our vacation. The condo was clean, roomy, in a great location that was close to everything we wanted to do, and it fit our needs perfectly. We loved sitting out on the balcony watching the fireworks and listening to the music from the bar and stage below. The host, Gina, was responsive and very kind. We would definitely recommend Gina’s place and stay here again.

Loved being at Baytown Wharf and not having to move our cars once we got here to get to market, restaurants, kids activities, etc. condo was clean and comfortable!

This is our second time staying here and we love it. The host is super responsive and the place is perfect! Can’t wait to go back again.
