    The property had all the amenities we needed and was in a perfect location to mountain and transportation. The condo itself was ok, but there were a few cleanliness issues. The carpets seemed dirty and could probably use a deep cleaning as it seemed like they were dirty and our allergies were a mess most likely due to the dust. Unless at some time there has been animals in there. The sheets and towels were clean, but the bed coverings seemed really dirty or stained. The shower curtain in the main bathroom were totally covered in black mold and were pretty unsanitary. These should be replaced and could use some lighter curtains as that bathroom shower is really dark. The washing machine door gasket was also moldy. The tv remotes in the main bedroom only worked some of the time and probably need new batteries.

    The property smells very bad, the carpet is very dirty, as well as the sofa. Overall it wasn't what we expected. It's not wort the price.

    We loved this place all the way around. Walkable to Jans so we could rent bikes, groceries the next block down and just a few mins to main street. Managers were super fun and helped us get some activities lined up so we felt totally supported. We would come back in a second!!

    Stayed in this condo for spring break - March 2017. Location is great, as it is right across the street from PCMR. Property manager is also great - very responsive to all of the issues that we had during our stay. However, that is the end of the positives. Don't be fooled by the photos - they are definitely filtered to make the unit look more light and fresh than it is. The unit feels dingy and dark in reality. This unit has a renovated kitchen and an OK living room, but the bedrooms are awful. The master bedroom has NO WINDOWS (look at the pictures) and exposed pipes and holes in the ceiling. The bed is way too big for the room, and there are no night stands or bedside lamps. Because there is no ventilation, the master is stuffy and uncomfortable. Also notice there are no pictures of the master bathroom - the tub/shower combo is very old, and is strangely installed about a foot off the floor, so it's a huge step to get in and out of it. The 2nd bedroom has nice full-sized bunk beds, but they take up almost the whole room. Look closely at the photos - there is a burn hole in the carpet in that bedroom. All of the carpet is darker brown and much more dirty/dingy looking than in the pictures. The pool/jacuzzi area looks like a prison yard - it is not inviting at all. Overall, you can do better for your money in Park City.
