Stayed Nov 15, 2025The view is beautiful, access to the beach wonderful, location on the island great. I cannot say the inside of the condo is the same post Ian. A few things surprised me. There was rust in the medicine cabinet, lamp shades torn and hanging, top of dryer all rusted, bathroom cabinets swollen from humidity and peeling. The new improvements (carpeting, furniture in living and dining areas) were good. The rental company staff was fabulous. Very helpful and understanding.

There was rust in the medicine cabinet, lamp shades torn and hanging, top of dryer all rusted, bathroom cabinets swollen from humidity and peeling. Stayed Nov 9, 2024Property location exceptional but disclosure about it poor. Discussed specifically with property manager several days in advance whether elevator operational and advised it was. Arrived with luggage and groceries and found it was non-operational and had been for several weeks. We are seniors and negotiating three flights to pool, car and beach not easy. This was particularly frustrating as we paid standard or above rates through VRBO and owner received a premium fee above rental according to payment printout received after booking. We have been going to Sanibel/Captiva over 30 years and know weather has hurt it badly, but the elevator situation had to be known well in advance of our stay and it did have a very adverse effect on our stay. The Unit was well equipped and clean but dining room chairs need attention as legs are loose. Hope these comments don't appear petty but getting started with elevator situation put us in a bad mood which was aggravated everyday walking up and down steps.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We really enjoyed this condo and would stay in it again. However it was a bit run down. Here are some things that should be addressed in the condo for the price and if we return. -The master showered did not drain well and when my husband showered he stood in about an inch to 2 inches of water. -The dining room chairs were broken. My husband is 6'5 and found them difficult to sit on. -The umbrella was broken. -The beach chair that was a reclining chair was broken and when we let your office know you did replace it but with another sitting upright chair. it would be nice to have had one reclining chair -The stove knobs were so worn you couldn't tell what knob controlled what burner and to what degree. -The parking lot was flooded the whole time we were there...we did find dry places to park...didn't know if that was just the time of year or post Ian. -could we have had access to the top level....if we come back another time of year that might be nice?.No one said anything about the top level and how to access it. I am seeing it in this picture and we saw the steps but it was too hot any way. -It would have been nice if you would have the owner upgrade the TVs so that we could put in our Net Flix or Hulu accounts COULD YOU PROMISE NO TROPICAL STORMS NEXT TIME!!!!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Overall the condo and condo location were very nice, especially when Sanibel is trying to recover. The washing machine needs balancing. Every time you do a load of laundry it shakes and bangs terribly. The stovetop knobs have no indication of what burner or temp- made cooking very interesting. When the condo loses power it’s only in certain rooms or sections of a room. Seems like any “new” wiring does not lose power. A little concerning. The kitchen could use a new coffeemaker- the coffee maker burner is extremely rusty. And when a new refrigerator is due - water filter would be nice- would cut way down on the need for bottled water. The condo could use a broom for guests. Found dust pans but no broom to sweep. Also could use a doormat by the front door. And finally a basket for laundry would be helpful due to the odd door situation. You have to take the laundry out of the washer, put it on top of the dryer, then slide the doors to open the dryer and load in the items. Not a very efficient process.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We had a few maintenance issues but nothing that kept us from enjoying our stay. We felt fortunate that we were able to book the unit again. Very happy with the service.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969This unit was in a development that is still undergoing major construction post hurricane. There was debris all around. No elevators to the 3rd floor. No furniture on roof deck and railing not intact. Washing machine rocked and rolled off balance with every load. Not updated bedrooms. Bathroom fan not working. We paid quite a hefty sum and the unit did not reflect that. While we signed waivers due to the construction, we were not informed of the state of the buildings. Very disappointing. Do not recommend.
