Stayed Dec 25, 2025On the plus side: This property is in a fantastic location within Honolulu. Right on Waikiki beach and overlooking a park. We had birds and sunsets and city fireworks and rainbows and beautiful water to look at. Our contact, Paul, was very easy to work with, responded to texts, and met us right out front. He explained the whole process and made check-in stress free. We paid the rental company to get us access to parking across the street - that whole process was super easy and parking was safe and close. It also has A/C which was nice in the evening.The negatives: While the apartment was clean for us, it does need some tlc. There's a whole wall near the bathroom that is crumbling apart from previous water damage. There's a cracked tile in the living area, and the blinds are missing many slats or the slats are broken, which means there isn't total privacy if you want it. No beach gear, either, which is a bummer when you're staying on the beach. They did have towels for the beach. With a little work, this could be a 5 star property but for the price, it felt a little bit run-down. I can't argue with the location though - it's spectacular!

I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: this one bedroom apartment/condo is perfect. Steps away from Waikiki beach. a beautiful view of the ocean and palm trees in the park. The apartment has everything that we needed and it was very clean. I reached out to Luana realty as I had a few questions and they were very helpful. We hope that this place is available next year when we go back to Hawaii.

Stayed Jun 25, 2025We loved this condo right next to Ft. DeRussy. Clean, spacious, and convenient to all the downtown area has to offer. We were even able to watch fireworks from our lanai. Highly recommend!

Stayed Feb 7, 2025Perfect location. Accommodations slept four adults comfortably. Sunsets and fireworks viewed from the balcony were amazing. Everything was within a close walking distance.
