ENJOY BEACH FRONT BEST VIEW IN PCB

Property was near so many activities, easy access to State park and many restaurants. Owner made easy check in, parking easy, wonderful view of beach and sunset from balcony. Very roomy inside with everything you need for great vacation. Highly recommend!

Had a fantastic time at this cute condo. Went to Panama City Beach to meet with friend from out of state. Beach was literally right out the door. There was a state park just down the street where we snorkeled. Property was close restaurants but we only ate out once. We cooked in and kitchen had everything we needed. Beds were comfy and condo was clean. Owner/manager was friendly and quickly responded to my messages. Would definitely stay here again.

The condo itself is very dated but that’s ok we could definitely tell that from the pictures on the website. The view from our 13th floor condo was amazing. The living room furniture had visible stains that maid some of my crew a little uncomfortable but I fixed that by just covering them with couch covers. When I travel, I always prepare for that type of thing. Definitely not a deal breaker. A keurig coffee maker would be a nice addition to the kitchen as myself nor anyone else knew how to make coffee with a regular coffee maker. Oh and the bathroom and kitchen rugs definitely could stand to be replaced. This unit is too beautiful to let small things like that make more picky potential guests, give it a bad rating, however some people will. So e few very minor changes would be my recommendation. Over all our stay was comfortable, relaxing and beautiful.

Absolutely beautiful views of the ocean and the space was perfect for us. Great winter getaway for a good price for the new year. The condo was clean and well cared for despite the age. My only minor complaints were communication and check-out expectations. I had to reach out directly to get the check-in instructions with less than 24 hours before checking in. And one minor issue checking out was the requirement for washing dishes but the lack of a dishwasher pod. Otherwise the experience was great!

The room was amazing!! The view was and access to the beach was super amazing and easy to access! Love that there were two pools and the kiddie pool! My kids had the best time and that was the goal! We will def book again when we visit PCB.

great beach access , pool very clean , pool drink and snackbar really good , we had a 13th floor room so a great ocean view. Regency Tower did have issues with their elevators working 100% of the time

Very smooth check in process. Condo was clean. Loved the balcony view and chairs. Condo location was perfect. I have nothing but good things to say about the condo and owner. She responded quickly whenever I messaged her. If i HAD TO say something negative, I would say BRING YOUR OWN PILLOWS. The ones there are a little flat but that wasnt a biggie. 10 out of 10 HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Fun relaxing! Plenty of things to do there. Never felt over crowded Loved the “Sandbar” bar and grill between pools. Great security always felt safe. Very clean. We had such a great time. Will definitely be staying here again!!!!!

We had a wonderful stay for our family girls trip. There could be a few more essential items in the kitchen but overall it was a great stay. We would love to return someday.

This is the 3rd time we have stayed in Lynn’s unit. Everything you need for some fun in the sun is there. We look forward to staying again soon.

We stayed in this unit for one night while we arrived in town a day early. The unit was clean and everything is as described. Would definitely stay here again.

Condo is awesome!!! I feel the cleaning people do not care about how clean the unit is, due to owners live out of state! I cleaned bathroom floors, and light fixtures in kitchen and dinning area. Lamps shades were so dirty I couldn’t get the dust off of them! I don’t mind cleaning, but to have to pay a cleaning fee is absolutely ridiculous ! When I rent a condo, I walk in and act like it’s my own home! I take care of it!!!!! Your cleaning people should do the same!!! Owners felt terrible.

This was a perfect for us! Amazing views! Condo was equipped with everything we needed! It was quite cold while we were there but the pool is heated which was a plus! Beautiful view of both sunrises and sunsets! Lynn was a pleasure to work with and promptly answered any questions we had! Would definitely book again!

The condo was very clean. Right on the beach ⛱ 😎. Couldn't have been more enjoyable.

The Condo was super nice. The owner has thought of everything you need from trash bags down to extension plugs and fans. We had a girls trip for 4 nights. Going to make 6 nights next year. Had a blast and this condo is fantastic!!!

We love staying at Regency Towers! We have stayed there several times. It never disappoints. Location is great, on the quiet end of PCB. This was our first stay in this particular condo! It was great! Clean, well stocked, plenty of room! Prompt response from owner from time of booking until after we arrived.Would definitely rent again!

The condo was very well kept, and just like the pictures. We were on the 13th floor so you could see everything for miles. We really enjoyed our stay at the Regency and would highly recommend this condo!
