Enjoy an additional lanai and a spacious condo

We loved the ocean front view. But the kitchen is a little small

Condo was spacious and just steps to the water. Convenient location near restaurants and shopping. Management company was responsive. We paid for a late checkout. Outdoor patio was wonderful... at night you hear the waves crashing. Amazing view. It was a stepless entry, however, the unit is in the center of community, so involved a short walk. Would recommend! Had all the comforts of home.

The two oceanfront lanais made for gorgeous views and plenty of outdoor space. The condo was comfortable with adequate linens, fully stocked kitchen, and useful beach equipment. Unfortunately the complex hot tub was under repair so we could not enjoy this amenity. The property management company made us aware of this situation.

As described. View is unbeatable. 2 lanai’s. First floor. Very practical & comfortable for family of 4 with 2 teens. Lots of communication to assure you have everything & are settled.

The condo has a good layout, but the kitchen is tiny. The property management was slow to respond to a problem with the bathroom sink. There were very few towels in the unit. Overall, it’s OK-comfortable enough.

Lovely unit - Paki Maui 104 - beautiful weather including rain and lots of rainbows! Lots of whales were seen from the balconies. MyPerfectStays had decent communication with us when needed. However, one screen door could not be fixed until parts were ordered. The worst part is the king bed mattress. We rolled into the middle and sleep was awful. MyPerfectStays sent a team member who deemed it just a soft bed, thus, personal preference for sleep. Yet upon packing up to leave we looked under the bed and saw that the middle of the mattress was almost touching the floor! No wonder sleeping was awful. So sad about that part but the rest was the beautiful Maui we remembered.

We had a wonderful stay! It was clean and comfortable, the view from both Lanai’s was beautiful, and it was lovely to have two bathrooms. Kitchen was small but efficient, with basic supplies available. I especially appreciated the laundry pods provided. Thank you so much for a memorable stay!

The condo was as advertised! Steps to the beach in a quiet complex. Visited in December 2023 and wildlife galore, humpback whales and their calf's, turtles, monk seals, and snorkeling as good as anywhere we went on the island. Definitely will be back.

We love the place. It's perfect location to have a front view of the ocean. There are only couple of things we'd like to change. First is the sofa, it needs to be re upholstered. Second, the Bathroom fixtures needs to be updated and the shower faucets needs to be replaced to newer easier control And the tub has to go. Third, is the carpet. It needs to be replaced with same tiles as the living room or change the whole flooring. No more carpets. Other than that the place is perfect!!? We will book it again when we go back to Maui! ?

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Maki Maui. It did get a little hot at times and the fans weren't enough so an air conditioning unit would probably be good. But we really liked our accommodations and the area!

Booked with My Perfect Stays and would absolutely do it again. Their communication was awesome. Answered every question quickly before the trip and checked in with us multiple times during our stay. The Concierge service was also helpful for answering questions and providing guidance. Unit #104 was perfect for our party of four adults. First floor, water front unit with beautiful views, sunsets and easy access to the lawn area, sand at low tide and water for snorkeling. Kitchen was well equipped, the starter items of paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo etc. were perfect. The unit also had beach chairs, beach towels, cooler, beach umbrellas, clothes drying rack, two T.V.s and more. It was really well equipped at no extra charge. Free parking was really nice and we always had a spot regardless of time. We were within walking distance of restaurants and shops and a 10-15 min. drive from Lahaina and the north beaches. Highly recommend this complex, Unit 104 and My Perfect Stays for booking. Our trip could not have been better. Thank you Ginger, Kai and everyone at My Perfect Stays!
