Wonderful unit with a perfect sunset and ocean view, gourmet kitchen, helpful beach equipment and 5 star host. Pool next door is very nice. Could not have had a better stay. Highly recommend.

Our host, Teri, was simply amazing from initial reservation to checkout! Their vacation home was spotless, so well stocked, and in the perfect location to rest, relax, and take in the beautiful sunsets!

The hosts were fabulous. Extremely helpful responsive. The home was supplied better than any other condo I had rented. Great cooking pans and silverware. Sharp knives !! these things are so very important as we loved preparing dinners nearly every night. I felt as though I was at my own home.

Host communicated very well and was very hospitable. The place was well furnished with beach equipment, towels and the kitchen was well supplied. Great experience!

This was a great property and is our new favorite of all the places we’ve stayed in Kapalua Golf Villas!

This lovely golf villa is located in the beautiful Kapalua resort. Nicely updated home with a big bright patio that overlooks a golf course. We would sit out there in the morning & watch the golfers & in the evening watch amazing sunsets, while having some ice cream. Nice to walk around the golf course in the evening too. Pool is conveniently right next door & usually not busy at all, we always had it all to ourselves. The home & its surroundings are super quiet & peaceful if that’s what you’re looking for. However there’s lots to do right around the corner too. We rented E-bikes from Kapalua bikes( very reasonable rates) & went Ziplining from Kapalua Ziplines. That was a lot of fun for our family. Kapalua Bay beach is stunning with amazing snorkeling just down the street. Lots of restaurants close by too. This really is paradise with extremely kind & warm hosts who sincerely go out of their way to ensure you have an enjoyable holiday in their home. Definitely can’t go wrong when you stay here. Enjoy!

This property is exactly as presented, except the view which is even more spectacular then we imagined. A well stocked kitchen, spacious living areas and large bedrooms and bathrooms, was a 10 for clean! Communication with host was outstanding.

We meet up with my wife’s sister and brother in law every other year in Hawaii because we live in Dallas and they live in Australia. This condo was perfect for us with 2 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and a great kitchen and living area. Quiet, clean and very well appointed and Teri is a fantastic host. Highly recommend staying heee.

Fantastic 10 experience! Communication before, during and after was excellent. Property was exactly as described with very nice finishings/furniture/appliances and included some really nice creature comforts you’d only expect at home. Location is quiet and close to some very nice beaches and snorkeling and as golfers we enjoyed direct view of a green and tee box (along with a decent partial view of ocean). Being right beside the pool and BBQ's was very convenient.As new VRBO members, owners Teri and Tom have spoiled us and set a high benchmark for future VRBO expectations. Mahalo!

This property was everything we envisioned. The property was well stocked, clean, and in a quiet and peaceful area with a nice view (golf course and ocean in the horizon). The layout is perfect for 2 couples. With the two en suite bathrooms and bedroom areas separated off from the kitchen and living rooms, you are able to have some additional privacy if you want compared to other properties, The community grill area was just a few steps away and also super clean and easy to use. The owners were helpful and responsive. We had a small issue with the AC, but it was easily resolved with a couple quick text messages to help us understand the sensors. While you will probably not walk to any eating locations, there are several good options relatively close and the lack of traffic and activity was exactly what we were looking for in our Kapalua getaway.

The condo was just like the photos show. It was such a beautiful condo. The pool and grills are right next door. So it was great! We would prep our food and go to the grill and swim well we cooked. The sunsets were beautiful to watch from the lanai. Teri and tom were easy to get responses from before and during our stay. I would highly recommend their condo to anyone going to Maui.
