Fully stocked kitchen & living room area with a dining area, microwave, stove, oven, refrigerator, freezer, coffee pot, toaster oven, vacuum, ice trays, glass ware, dishes, utensils, pots & pans, w/d, assorted beach toys located in the storage bin on porch. Full access to the entire condo, minus the small closet containing the owners items. This does not include linens. No pets or smoking allowed.

Stayed Sep 26, 2024We really enjoyed our stay here. It was clean and comfortable. Check in was easy. Location was in a quiet neighborhood and within walking distance to the bus line and the beach. Also near grocery stores and restaurants. The host was easy to communicate with both friendly and quick to respond. We also received a thank you note from them which was that extra touch.

Stayed Aug 6, 2024We loved the stay. It was clean with all the space we needed. Nice pool at short walk. Kids loved it. Ample parking spaces in from of the building. I would love to come back if we can get the space for next summer.

Stayed Jul 23, 2024Our Place at the Beach is one of the best kept properties in Ocean City - it is an older complex, but the buildings and especially the pool (which is large and usually uncrowded) are immaculate. This unit was nicely updated and light and bright, with a nice view of the bay from the screened porch and comfortable furnishings. Would definitely recommend.
