The bright and open living area offers a large wall-mounted TV with cable, a sleeper sofa, along with a king bed in the bedroom to accommodate up to 4 guests in total. There's a dining table inside for 4, perfect for game nights. The long breakfast bar is wonderful for a brunch buffet. The kitchen is fully updated with stainless appliances, stone countertops, and all the cooking and serving utensils you will need to whip up a meal.

    Enjoyed our 3-night stay. Cached a beautiful sunset the first day. The property was clean and provides all amenities that ones would need. The gifts from Coldwell Banker Island Vacations were a nice surprise. Location was excellent with beautiful view, reasonable close to Safeway, restaurants and shopping. We’ll come back! Thanks!

    The best rental through VRBO we have ever had. Extremely clean with a well appointed kitchen. Great pool and lawn area for our 1 year old. Could not be happier.

    Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have been to Maui a number of times and have always had good experiences with rentals. This time we made somewhat of a last minute decision and could not get into the other rentals so took Kahana Reef 315 because the picture and description looked pretty good. It turned out to be a very dissatisfying experience. The lanai table was filthy. The lanai itself was not clean. The TV did not work most of the week. Someone from Colwell Banker came to get it back on and as soon as we turned it off and tried to turn it back on, it did not work. The overall appearance of the condo is that it is just not clean. The waste can in the kitchen where you put the bag in is dirty. There are postings along the way telling you don't do this and don't that. The bathroom is very small. The shower kind of reminded me of a locker room shower. The shower curtain appeared to be half of another one cut in two. The bedroom faces the parking lot and street so you get all the noise. Just not a good experience for us. We love Maui and was just disappointed in the condo because all our past experiences have been very positive.
