Clean room, great view just as advertised. Would definitely stay again!

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We paid extra for early check in since it was offered, arrived at our condo at check in time and the condo floors were extremely sticky and dirty, the kitchen sink was dirty, also there was left over clothes from the previous occupants left in drawers and a wet bathing suit left hanging in the master bedroom, also we were not left any wrist bands or parking passes. We called the number that was provided to us left a voicemail stating the issues and never heard back. We had a random lady walk in 10 minutes later saying she wasn’t sure if our rooms had been cleaned but then just sat down wrists bands and parking passes and left. So we had to go to Walmart and purchase numerous cleaning supplies to clean the condo ourselves. During our stay we had an electrical outlet in the kitchen spark, the washer would continuously shut off mid wash. The pool was constantly being closed due to kids pooping and also glass in pool where multiple kids had been cut. The ratings of not only the condo but the property itself were not up to the standards of previous ratings. Also if you have small children under the age of 5 they have to get out of the pool the last 10 minutes of every hour for a “safety break” which is a bit much especially when you have a 1 year old that all they do is float. Multiple parents with small babies that were just stepping into the pool with their small kids were being told they have to get back out because of these safety breaks. Kids crying constantly because they’re having to constantly get out of the pool. I will not be staying here again and I will not be recommending this place to anyone.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We come to the beach every year, and this has to be one of the cleanest units and complexes we have ever stayed in! Usually there’s some rust/mold from all the humidity and salty air but there was none! Our stay was perfect for our little family! Security was very good at enforcing rules (maybe a little too good sometimes haha) but it helped us feel safe and able to enjoy ourselves without worrying too much about the kids safety. The location of the condo was also perfect!! Not too busy but close to everything we needed/wanted!! We will for sure be back!

Love the fact that it is close to the beach and has a Tiki restaurant if you want food and drinks.

Reviewer Comments: the condo was pristine. tasteful, comfortable, VERY clean. very pleased with condo owners. the management company that runs the building was disappointing. it seemed they shut down the great pool any chance they could:fix a tile, fix stairs going to pool, workers on roof, storm 10 miles away{even though not 1 cloud throughout closer. they female staff were jewels but a percentage of the male staff had Barney Fife syndrome. I understand repairs must be made, but all in one week, and obviously the pool is a major asset to a Florida vacation. Even so I'd go to this condo again
