Reviewer Comments: We once again rented unit 304 at the Sea View Condominiums and it was a fantastic visit as always. This location directly across the stree from the South Beach Access is very convenient and lets you be on the beach in minutes.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location was great- close to beach. Had a wagon, toys and chairs. However, the outlets didn’t work in bathroom, small shower, light switches for unknown locations, no explanation as to where trash went.

Nice view and quick walk to beach. Pool is warm and complex is very neat. We had a few minor needs and they were addressed quickly and professionally. Bike riding and walking was perfect in this area and we enjoyed long bike rides. Lots of great restaurants and shopping near.
