We loved the open floor plan, plus it was a very nice space and very quit, just what we were looking for.

Condo was beautifully furnished and comfortable, everything you need for your stay was there. It was also very clean. Host goes above and beyond to make your stay great.

This was absolutely the best we have stayed in Pensacola Beach. The views were stunning especially at sunset. The condo was very clean and well decorated. Easy check in and out process. Location was outstanding. We could walk across the street to the beach and almost all the restaurants and shops. We will absolutely stay at this rental the next time we visit.

We stayed here to be close to a particular event. It was perfect - literally across the road access. It made the whole weekend so pleasant, and the unit was exactly what we expected. Would def stay here again.

The condo was real clean and fully stocked. This is the first time I have rented a condo and you have towels to last for days. The lady that meet us was real friendly and the hotel is located next to everything.

This was our second time staying in South Harbor but this condo exceeded our expectations! The layout was spacious and very comfortable! Very home away for home feel, we will definitely be returning!

The condo is excellent the view is amazing. It is well cared for, clean, organized and all details have been thought through. The location is perfect you can walk to the beach, shopping and restaurants we never had to get in our car. The pool was a plus for our kids. We plan to visit again in the future.

Property was beautiful, the stocking of extra towels, pillows, blankets paper products and all else was phenomenal!! We were greeted when checking in!! Two minute walk to beach and shops and restaurants!! Absolutely would recommend!!

Everything was Beautiful in the Unit and a Great location. The only negative I would have to complain about, would be the mattress in the master suite. It is Very hard.

We truly enjoyed staying here. The condo is so pretty and its so well equipped. Plus the location is great as there are many restaurants, and shopping within walking distance. The beach is across the street, and I loved the views from every room. Everything was really clean and looks like it was recently renovated. The only improvement I would suggest is the quality of the mattresses since we found them hard.

Everything very walkable. No need for a car. Only thing I wish there was a grocery store nearby.

When you don't know where to stay in Pensacola.. STAY HERE! Here are the top reasons why this condo is the best one we've stayed in: 1. CLEAN! OH MY GOSH! Clean furniture, carpet, floors, counters, appliances, bathrooms, balcony, EVERYWHERE! So incredibly clean!!! 2. BEDS- OH MY GOODNESS! Such great mattresses! Clean! Comfy! Perfectly firm and soft combo! Great quality! 3. BATHROOMS- WOW! So many towels! The cabinets are full of thick-soft towels! They also provide beach/pool towels! 4. KITCHEN- EVERYTHING YOU NEED! All types of glasses, paper cups, paper towels, dish soap, plates, cookware, even coffee K-cups are provided! They also had a huge Sam's cooler bag to take to the beach! The kitchen was so nice! 5. LAUNDRY- The washing machine and dryer were top notch and large! 6. SIZE- This condo is HUGE! The bedrooms are large, with fantastic closets! The closets are full of hangers too! 7. BALCONY- The balcony is big and has such great furniture! We loved sitting out there watching the sunset over the bay and the sailboats! 8. LINENS- SO MANY! There are so many extra pillows and blankets! 9. SECURITY- We had a code to get our vehicle in the fenced property, a code for the entrance to the elevator, and a code to get in our room. 10. MANAGEMENT- They were so easy to communicate with! Very professional, accommodating, and kind! 11. LOCATION- We love the central location! We could WALK to the restaurants, go shopping, go to the pier, go to the beach, everything!

Fantastic location. Within walking distance of the Bay and places to eat. Excellent condo. Huge balcony which made mornings and evening hang outs awesome. Lots of little amenities and extras to make it feel like home. Only con was a previous renter had lost the second door fob so it was hard to manage coming and going with a group of adults. Will definitely be back!

Beautiful property with amazing views all around! The location is ideal being right across the street from Pensacola Beach and right across from the restaurants and quiet beach. Will definitely stay here again.

Great relaxing & peaceful

This is the perfect location as it is in the center of p-cola beach. Walking distances to beach, dining and other activities. This is my second stay in this unit and we love it! Always clean and friendly customer service! Thank you Surfside!

Conveniently located. Great for Blues Angels shows

Air mattress did not work. Must’ve had a hole in it that it deflated every time we tried to use it and the TV in the living room. The volume would go off after a while and we had to shut the TV off and reboot it to get volume again.
