Unit was very nice and at a premier location in Villa Dunes. I have stayed in this development before. Everything was just right. This place has three bathrooms. A little problem with the check in entry code but after a couple of phone calls we got in.
It's a nice place, great view, excellent location, lovely patios, appropriately furnished, thoughtfully styled, comfortable beds, sufficient kitchen supplies and amenities, and overall good. Meets expectations from the photos and 3-D walkthrough. Could use some routine minor maintenance for things like a broken kitchen faucet sprayer switch, a cabinet door that doesn't close fully, some carpet stains, a couple burned out bulbs, kitchen trashcan lid that doesn't close, a front glass door that's squeaks loudly enough to wake the dead, and some roaches (I killed about a dozen over a four-night stay). Nothing really major, just minor nuisances.
Perfect cozy place with an amazing water view of the Sound Side. Extra long community pier, picnic tables, clean in ground pool, and fast internet service.
