BEACHBALL PROPERTIES VACATION RENTAL POLICIES:


RENTAL AGREEMENT: Tenant Vacation Rental Agreement must be electronically signed to secure your reservation. Please read carefully. This is a legally binding document.

NO SMOKING: All properties are non-smoking.

AGE RESTRICTION: Must be at least 25 years older to book a BEACHBALL PROPERTIES vacation rental. A person 25 years or older must be staying at the property for the entire duration of the booking. There will be no refunds issued for anyone booking under false pretenses.

CHECK-IN: Check-in is at 4PM. Early check-in is not possible, sorry but no exceptions.

CHECK-OUT: Check-out is at 10AM. Check out after 10AM will be charged an additional day.

MONTHLY/SNOWBIRD RENTALS: Available from November through February. Call to ask about monthly rates.

PARKING PASSES: Parking Passes Must be Purchased After Booking-1st Spot Guaranteed-2nd Spot Subject to Availability at Time of Arrival. Link to Purchase is Sent After Booking ($50 each.)

CANCELLATION POLICY RELAXED: Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in shall receive a 100% refund of the amount they have paid. For cancellations between 14 and 30 days before check-in, 50% of the total reservation costs shall be refunded. For cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the beginning date of the reservation, NO REFUNDS will be issued. Refunds shall not be issued for late arrivals, early departures, or inclement weather conditions including hurricanes and named storms. We do offer optional travel insurance which we highly encourage all guests to purchase.

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: Guests receive a “starter pack” of laundry detergent, dish washing detergent, one trash bag per trash can, and travel-sized shampoo, conditioner, and soap per bathroom. Starter supplies are not intended to last for the duration of your stay. Linens are furnished but please bring your own beach towels.

    Our unit was perfectly located with shopping/restaurants right across the street. Easy access to the beach. It was wonderful to sit on the patio and enjoy the views. The few staff we interacted with were very nice. The place was clean and met all our needs. We didn’t realize until it was too late that there were beach chairs etc in a closet/storage room right outside the front door. It could use a good cleaning out and organizing though.

    Nice condo location was convenient to everything we wanted to do. The only negative was the parking . Staying here you are not guaranteed a parking spot. If the lot is full they have overflow parking miles away that you have to pay for. I feel like if you pay this much for a week stay you should at least get a parking spot at the property.

    We loved our trip to Orange Beach. With 3 bedrooms and 3 baths, it was perfect for my entire family.

    The layout & location were perfect. It needs some repairs. There's a huge hole in the dining room area that was covered by a fake plant. The outlet in bedroom three had no receptacle cover & was not attached to the wall properly. This is a safety issue! You also need better kitchen supplies. There were no cookie sheets at all! That's not good with a family! I realize this condo is older but kitchen & bathroom cabinets had pieces out of their exterior. A repairman came to address the the slow tub drain in bedroom 2 but it still needs work!The ice machine was a wonderful thing to have & we appreciated that amenity! We'd love to return but would expect that issues would be addressed! Thank you!

    The bedroom I stayed in had no remote for TV. Contacted property management twice with issue not resolved. Drain in tub had very slow drain. No control for AC was not convenient. Kitchen not stocked very good. Code for door was received but did not know knob on door had to be turned to lock door. No hand towels in the bathroom I used. This was the first time to stay at Enclave and last time. Not worth the money. Disappointed

    This particular stay at the Enclave was not great. I am not one to really make comments but I love the place and would like to think this as positive feedback. The positives were the location, the way the pool has been updated to have the walk in side for babies, close to the beach. I don't know if the condo we stayed in was owned by a family or a company. I did not sense much of a personal touch. The mattresses in the 2nd bedrooms were not great. There seemed to be minimal utensils and cookware. The cabinets in the kitchen and master bathroom need to be replaced. They were very loose at the hinges and the paint was coming off of some of them. I noticed in the master bathroom that someone had left toiletries under the sink, there was medication as well. If it belongs to the owner, it probably should have been stored in one of the locked doors. I am not a pool expertise but the water was super cloudy each day. I did see it being cleaned each morning though. I would stay there again, but would want to make sure that the condo was in better condition the next time. The Enclave is a great location and I believe it has been there for quite some time. It might be time for an overall upgrade.
