This corner unit, fourth level, three-bedroom, three-bath condo is updated and tastefully decorated with all the comforts of home including a well-equipped kitchen, washer/dryer and WIFI. All rooms feature 9-foot ceilings and crown molding. With a king in master, 2 Fulls in BR 2, & a Captain's bunk (twin over full) + twin bunk in BR #3, & sleeper sofa in the living area, unit 401 an accommodate up to 12 guests.



The Space:

This corner unit, fourthlevel, three-bedroom, three-bath condo. With 1582 in square footage, this condo is updated and tastefully decorated with all the comforts of home including a full kitchen, washer/dryer and WIFI.



All rooms feature 9-foot ceilings and crown molding. The fully furnished living room comes with a new large sectional sofa with sleeper as well as a 65 tv and comfortable chairs for relaxing evenings. The kitchen is fully stocked and nicely appointed with stainless appliances, KEURIG and a regular drip coffee maker, tile backsplash, white cherry-wood cabinets and granite countertops.



Master bedroom features a king size bed, flat screen tv, walk-in closet, and adjoining private master bath with a double vanity, and separate custom walk-in shower.



The second bedroom is equipped with two full beds, wall mounted flat screen tv with an adjoining bathroom. The second bath has a tile walk-in shower. The third bedroom is equipped with two new built-in bunks (twin over twin & twin over full), wall mounted flat screen tv and a full bath ensuring plenty of space for groups and families of all sizes. The Enclave 401 can accommodate up to 12 guests if make use of sleeper sofa in living area.



Complex amenities include an indoor pool, zero-entry beachside pool, tennis courts, and a BBQ grill area. This is a NON-SMOKING unit and complex. There is no smoking of cigarettes, e-cigarettes, cigars or chewing tobacco inside or outside (that includes porches, balconies, or public beachfront). Smoking is permitted in the outdoor grilling area only.



Enclave #401 has both Keurig and drip coffee maker.

ℹ️ Please note that parking is paid separate from the reservation. Upon arrival, you will scan the QR code to pay for and register the vehicle. $50/vehicle, max of 2 vehicles. Parking extremely limited during the high season. While 2 passes are allowed, there may be only one spot available. Extra parking is available at our office for $50 (Bella Beach Properties, 24711 Perdido Beach Blvd, Orange Beach, AL 36561)

AGE RESTRICTION: Must be at least 25 years older to book. A person 25 years or older must be staying at the property for the entire duration of the booking. There will be no refunds issued for anyone booking under false pretenses.

    The condo itself was perfect. Great layout and plenty of room for our big family. Had a few minor issues upon check in that were quickly addressed and resolved. Location was great, view was beautiful and beach access was super convenient. The only issue was parking. The lot is TINY so if you have more than one vehicle plan to pay topark one if not both somewhere else.

    We have stayed at this condo for at least 10 years. The updates were wonderful. There were plenty of beds for our family and will definitely make this a new tradition. Also the new sliding doors were great.

    We had the best time here. We had a group of 7 ladies. The place was clean and spacious. Lots of restaurant and stores within walking distance. We all had a great time and would stay here again.

    Our unit was clean and just what we needed. We could not get, what looked to be a fairly new Keurig working and sent a message to our hosts. Someone came and replaced it with a brand new pot. Our accommodations were very good. Thank you.

    We had a great vacation, property is right on the beach and in walking distance to restaurants and grocery store. The kitchen was well equipped and plenty of sleeping for our family. The parking is tight, but we were always able to find a spot. But did opt for walking to restaurants in the evening so we didn't risk loosing our parking spot. It would be nice if the unit came with at least one assigned spot.

    Very nice condo, plenty of room. Extra ice maker was a plus!! Just a few downfalls were the mattresses on double beds were uncomfortable, needs to add a broom, and the vacuum cleaner was stopped up!! Other than that we had a great time and made some wonderful memories. I would recommend this condo to anyone.

    We had a good time in room 401! Room was perfect and the host was even better to talk to! Only downfall is the building. Elevators smell like mold, our first night there we had to park offsite that was $35 out of my pocket after paying over $4,000 to stay. The number they give you by security to park is over 1.5 miles away. Download the app and you can park across the street at the hotel behind Walmart. Security guy was not helpful at all. Pool was shut down the last 2 days we stayed. Still had a great time with my family and friends. Just the building needs some upgrades.

    Very nice and comfortable condo for our girl's trip. Was thrilled about the ice maker, it's the little things in life. Definitely will go back again.

    Condo was absolutely wonderful! So spacious, clean, and up to date. The hosts truly thought of everything one might need, and had it! We loved the ice maker, the large/clean bathrooms, the extra blankets, the Keurig coffee maker, the fully stocked/functioning kitchen (appliances, utensils, dinnerware, etc). We loved the outdoor furniture on balcony. Everything in this condo was high quality- even the shower heads! These little things were noticed and appreciated! Our party of 11 enjoyed the pickleball courts and cooling off in the cold* pools! Beach access was super convenient, rental chairs were available and friendly workers. We spent 80% of our time on the beach. There were multiple stations to rinse off sand. Easy check-in and check-out. Would only recommend new mattresses in the double bed bedroom, or at least pillow tops for beds. That is the only small complaint from some of our party- that those particular beds were uncomfortable. Ultimately, we all wish we had booked several more nights to stay here! We enjoyed every minute of our time staying in this rental. Will be considering this place for our next beach vacation again, and would highly recommend to anyone!
