This beautiful, slope-side condo features an open floor plan with modern interiors. The kitchen features white granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The innovative island serves as a serving area, breakfast bar, and dining table. The living room features a wood-burning fireplace and wall-to-wall windows with mountain views. Guests will also enjoy mountain views from the outdoor deck equipped with a gas grill.

This condo sleeps twelve guests. The primary bedroom features aking bed, TV, and an en suite bath. The second bedroom features a king bed, a TV, and an en-suite bath. The third bedroom features two bunk beds. For additional sleeping, there is a sofa bed in the living area and in the primary bedroom.

The Enclave is perfectly positioned on Assay Hill between the Elk Camp Gondola and Assay Hill chairlift, with ski-in/ski-out access to spectacular ski runs.** The property boasts an outstanding array of on-site amenities, including a shared outdoor heated pool, a hot tub, elevator access, and private ski lockers. Guests of The Enclave can take the complimentary shuttle to Snowmass Village (Base Village or Upper Village) to access other lifts, world-class restaurants, shops, and other events and activities.

**The Enclave offers ski storage on the unit patios of first-floor condos. Second- and third-floor guests can access ski lockers in a centrally located hallway between buildings 2 and 3. When tenants exit the center hallway, they may ski down to the Assay Hill chairlift, which will take them to the midway gondola station. They may ski down to Base Village or take the gondola up the mountain. Alternatively, many guests exit the center hallway, climb ~100 feet of stairs, and ski directly down to Base Village.

    Wonderful spacious updated property with true ski in/out ability. The first floor unit allows you to go in and out of your patio. The view can be a little lacking because it sits low. We are out skiing all day so this isn’t an issue for us. Comfortable furniture and mattresses and a well equipped kitchen. The bunk bed room has been updated since the original listing photos. It now features a more sturdy full over full bunk bed with a twin trundle. We loved using the Enclaves shuttle service to take us to dinners, grocery store and for airport transfers.

    This condo was perfect for a larger ski group. It truly is ski in/ski out and had a fully equipped kitchen which we loved since we cooked most nights for 10 people. The hot tub was huge and the property was clean and well kept. We met a few people who have been renting from the same place for years and I can see why!

    Everything was great (location, pool/hot tub, ski in/ski out, shuttle, condo well stocked and clean) except for the bunk beds. The bunk beds are rickety and made for small children. The condo would be perfect if not for those bunk beds. The bottom bunks are floor level, and we moved one set because it was tight up against a baseboard heater. If there were stable regular sized bunks we would absolutely stay there’s again.

    Easy ski in, ski out in updated condo, first floor condo. Very quick walk to the lower village. Unit is in an older development and some of the amenities such as pool and hot tub could use an update. Also, there are quite a few steps from carport to this unit (does not appear to be ada accessible). Did not have much luck with wood fireplace as it didn’t appear to draw very well. However having three bathrooms was a bonus and our family had plenty of room.
