This beautiful 3 bedroom condo offers amazing gulf views from your private balcony. You can access the balcony from both the master bedroom and the living area. The living area comes includes 2 chairs to seat six guests comfortably and offers a flat screen TV for your evening entertainment. The beautiful kitchen features granite counter-tops and stainless steel appliances and overlooks the living and dining area. The dining area will seat six. The master bedroom featuresa King size bed while the other two guest bedrooms have a King size bed and two twin size beds.

The Empress Condominium is right across the Old Scenic Highway from the gorgeous white sand beaches and the emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico. You will have views of the beach from the privacy of your condo. The Empress is situated directly across from the world famous Whale’s Tail Bar and Grill and just a short drive from the outlet malls and other restaurants Miramar Beach has to offer. The building boasts a spacious lakeside pool and hot tub as well as convenient beach access right across the road from the complex!

    The condo was great - loved the semi-private elevator. Did not have to wait forever to get up to our floor. Nice view. Loved having three bedrooms and three bathrooms! Huge areas to just chill out or watch tv. Great balcony - on the front an one on the back. Only issue we had was the water turned off almost once a day. We had to call a number to get them to turn it back on until they told us how to do it ourselves. The sensors that are there to alert the company to any water issues are very sensitive. Out of our 7 days we were there it happened 5 of them. Overall would definitely rent again if we needed that size unit. Easy walk to the beach. Very clean and welcoming.

    The location can’t be beat! Directly across the street from the beach and multiple restaurants and little shopping places within walking distance. The unit was huge! 3 spacious bedrooms and 2 living rooms and a great laundry space. We only had 2 issues during our stay, 1 was just timing. We were there during spring break so the entire block was full of teenage kids. The empress did a great job catering to families but, that didn’t stop the hundreds of kids from yelling on the beach all night long. The majestic sun (condos next door) was full of spring breakers. The other issue was the condition of the master bathroom. There was a hole in the wall where it looked like a towel holder had been mounted. The toilet paper holder was falling off the wall. The motor for the spa tub didn’t work and there was mold all over the shower doors and grout around the toilet.
