Stayed Jun 18, 2025We stayed at watercrest 1607 for 7 days. We were able to get into the room earlier than 4 which was awesome. Upon arrival everything seemed cleaned. The view was excellent the outdoor patio furniture was nice. On the down side the beds were very uncomfortable. The couch had an odor I could not sit on it. In the master bedroom on the right the comforter had a stain. The cleaners did not check the microwave because there was an old cup of coffee with cream left from previous guest. The furniture was out dated. Watercrest was nice overall. They kept the pool up. Overall we had a good stay. Probably would not be a repeat customer do to the condo comfortably.

Stayed Apr 10, 2025This property surprised me and exceeded my expectations. I've paid substantially more for condos in the general area and this one was nicer. We were visiting during the height of spring break and this property was a hidden refuge away from all of that. Elevators were fast , never a long wait.

Stayed Jul 14, 2024We had a very pleasant stay the Watercrest. It was quiet and we had plenty of room for our group of 6. It was a great location easy to get out of. We had all we needed. The balcony view was beautiful and we had plenty of seating for our group of 6. The condo had all we needed. We will be back.

Stayed May 31, 2023The condo was as pictured/described. The view is wonderful! There were 7 of us and everything was very accomodating except the hot water. Not sure if the hot water heater was going out or what, and yes, there were 7 of us, girls, yes, but until the 3rd day, none of us, not one of us had had a decently warm shower. Communication with the condo owner and the maintenance manager was easy and great! All phone numbers are good with a quick response. The problem was acknowledged and fixed quickly. The cleaning expectations are a bit much when the cleaning fee is including in your stay. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Stayed Jun 3, 2022This condo has an excellent view and balcony. The pictures can’t do it justice. It is well maintained, clean, and has a nicely stocked kitchen. There is a pool and easy beach access.
