Just minutes from premier shopping, dining, and entertainment, this boutique beachfront complex offers a rare sense of privacy with only 18 total residences (three condos per floor across six stories). The result is a quieter, more relaxed stay with a less-crowded beach and pool—a true luxury along the Gulf Coast.



Situated on the west corner of the top (6th) floor, Emerald Key 603 features a spacious wrap-around balcony with beautiful Gulf and beach views. Inside, the condo showcases fresh coastal décor with vibrant accents, thoughtfully updated furnishings, and everything needed to feel right at home. The open living area includes a comfortable sofa, recliner, accent chairs, wall-mounted TV, and direct balcony access—perfect for relaxing after a day in the sun. The dining table seats six, with additional seating for four at the kitchen bar.



The fully equipped kitchen features stainless-steel appliances, granite countertops, a Keurig, a traditional drip coffee maker, and a crockpot—ideal whether you plan to dine out or enjoy a home-cooked meal.



The primary suite offers a king bed, private balcony access, and a beautifully updated en-suite bathroom with a walk-in tiled shower. The second bedroom also features a king bed, while the third bedroom includes a captain’s bunk (twin over full). These two bedrooms share a full bathroom. A queen sleeper sofa in the living room allows the condo to comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests. A dedicated writing desk is included for guests who may need to work remotely.



For added comfort, all bedrooms feature blackout drapes—perfect for slow mornings and restful sleep. High-quality beds, linens, and furnishings are a top priority, and our many repeat guests confirm the comfort and care provided. A Pack-n-Play is also available for families traveling with little ones.



Step outside and enjoy the sights and sounds of the Gulf—bring binoculars to watch dolphins play or simply relax to the rhythm of the waves. The Blue Angels from nearby Pensacola frequently fly directly in front of the condo, offering an unforgettable bonus experience.

*NO SMOKING: All properties are non-smoking.



*AGE RESTRICTION: Must be at least 25 years older to book. A person 25 years or older must be staying at the property for the entire duration of the booking. There will be no refunds issued for anyone booking under false pretenses.



*HOA rules allow for up to 2 parking spaces. If you have third vehicle, we offer overflow parking at our office ($50) subject to availability.



*This property, as well as the entire 6th floor is protected by “Ring” video surveillance door bells, facing the common walkway and elevator
