Located on the fifth floor, this immaculate retreat offers some of the best views on the beach, with breathtaking panoramic views of the Gulf of Mexico right from your private balcony. ☀️ ️

Step inside to find cool plank flooring, stylish coastal décor, and a spacious open-concept living area designed for comfort and relaxation. Oversized sliding glass doors create the feeling of being directly over the water, filling the condo with natural light and unforgettable beach views.

The Gulf-front primary suite features a king bed, walk-in closet, private balcony access, and an en-suite bath with double sinks and a garden tub/shower combination. Two additional guest bedrooms each offer queen beds, HDTVs, and plenty of closet space, while the living room includes a queen sleeper sofa to comfortably accommodate larger groups.

The fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances, both Keurig and drip coffee makers, a raised breakfast bar, and everything needed to prepare meals at home. The dining area provides seating for family gatherings after a day in the sun.

Guests will also enjoy free secure Wi-Fi, cable TV, a full-size washer and dryer, and easy access to the beachside pool. Conveniently located across from shopping, dining, and local attractions, Emerald Key 502 is the perfect place for your next Orange Beach getaway.

• Parking is available on a first come first served basis. MAXIMUM 2 CARS PER RESERVATION. There is one remote for the gated lot that will be in the condo for you on arrival. Overflow parking is only allowed in the parking area between the gated lot and the street. Do NOT park in front of the building next door.
Things to know
• Please note we don't provide beach towels
• Security camera/recording device — “For your safety and protection, some properties have cameras installed outside. Surveillance cameras are not inside any of our properties.”
• For March 1st to May 1st the minimum age requirement for check-in is 25 years old.
• There is a queen sleeper cabinet in the living room.
• No boats, jet skis, RVs, boat trailers, or trailers of any kind are allowed per association rules
House rules
• For same day late check-ins, you need to get the host's approval before booking.
• The home has a maximum occupancy of guests. Renters who exceed the occupancy limit are subject to eviction.
• NO SMOKING in unit/house as well as the balcony. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250.00 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit/house and/or linens.
• The condominium association has a STRICT No Pets policy. This applies to emotional support animals as they are not covered by ADA. Only ADA-compliant service dogs are allowed according to Federal Law.
• Please note: We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, as well as stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities, or parking lots.
• Traveler must be at least 22 years of age to make a reservation.
• No parties or events: Violators will be charged a $500 fine.
• State Identification Card or Driver License copy will be requested upon booking.
• For properties that require parking passes, the host is not able to provide extra passes due to limited space

    We enjoyed our relaxing spring break at this condo. The location is very convenient. Right on the beach! And close to grocery stores and shops. The condo was clean and as described.

    Our family of 5 fit comfortably for our 4 night stay. The location can not be beat! The upgrades which were recently completed looked great and the view was spectacular. Would recommend some additional updates to bathrooms; also the the mattress in the master bedroom needs replaced. The complex was small which made it quick to get to the beach; we took the stairs often, despite being on 5th floor because the elevator had a strong odor. Parking was super easy, as were checkin/checkout. Jack was very accommodating to let us check in early. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would recommend others to stay here.

    We had a great time at Jack’s condo! Perfect location, So much room for all 4 of us to spread out. One issue that I emailed him with and he responded quickly. We all agreed we would be happy to make this condo the destination for our next trip! *Ice maker not super efficient so remember to grab a bag or two while you are out!
