Emerald Key 302 – Wake Up to Stunning Gulf Views!

The transfer to Southern Vacations from Flip Flop was a little complicated because I was getting info from both offices. Other than that, the visit was great - as advertised.

The room, balcony, view of the ocean was spectacular. We saw dolphins swim by at times from the balcony. The white quartz sand, warm ocean water was great. We would definitely stay here again.

The property was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. There was a small snafu with getting the fob to open the gate into the private parking area, and communication about it was slow. Turns out, the fobs were in a bag, inside a box, in the cabinet above the microwave. We never found them on our own, and I'm not sure why they weren't just placed on the counter. Management was apologetic about it, and this was our only issue. We had a gorgeous view of the beach, and everything we needed (groceries, Starbucks, restaurants) were close by.

Wonderful property. Enjoyed the stay, can’t beat the views! Inside of our place very neat and more spacious than I thought. Turtle eggs hatched and we got to see the day we got there. Literally directly behind us on the beach. I would rent this again.

Property was clean and well taken care of. We enjoyed a nice relaxing vacation.

The location was excellent with many things within walking distance. My only complaint is that the friends who slept on the twin beds were disturbed by how squeaky the mattresses were. Might consider replacing them. My king size bed was great as was the queen in the other bedroom. The twins are probably most often used by kids who wouldn’t be bothered, but it was unfortunate for my adult friends. Overall it was a great place. I would recommend.

Great location clean roomy, had one issue with air, property management took care of it.

Unit could use some updating / painting and a good deep clean. Love the location, walking distance to restaurants, stores, etc.

Great experience

We arrived after dark and they had just had the driveway paved. The host Angie was very helpful getting direction to our cabin and went out of her way to make sure we found the trail to get to our cabin. Beautiful area. We enjoyed playing games in the recreation room and we even sat and played the board game sorry.

We really enjoyed our stay. Quiet location it had everything we needed. There is no a/c, but we didnt need it. The host had an amazing fan/thing that kept the cabin cool all day and night.

It was such a nice, CLEAN relaxing place to stay!! had everything we needed and again soooo CLEAN no odors!! We will be back!!

I really enjoyed the adorable cozy feel of this cabin. It had everything you needed, and nothing you didn't. I always appreciate efficency. The setting was super unique, being on a camp ground style property. We had lots of space all to ourselves, which made it especially nice for us to bring our dog along. There is a ton of nature/adventure stuff to do in the area, and the property connects with the white pine trail, you can access it without having to drive anywhere. Angie is super friendly and answered any questions we had. Over all awesome experience.

This was our second year back at Grays Riverside Camp. The host, Angie, was incredibly welcoming and accommodating. She responded promptly to our queries and was flexible with any accommodations/adjustments needed. On the rainy days, we took a quick 8 min drive to enjoy exploring downtown Big Rapids and Card/Riley Conservation & Wildlife Education Center. Our stays at Grays Riverside Camp are nothing short of magical. Whether you're planning a romantic getaway or a family vacation, this place offers everything you need for a memorable stay. We can't wait to return! Thank you to Angie for providing us with such a wonderful experience.

Very nice property. Excellent location and close to restaurants, grocery store, and activities. Very short walk to the beach and nice view from the balcony.
