Stayed Oct 10, 2025This pet friendly condo is located conveniently close to everything. The gated entry made me feel safe especially with vacationing solo. Communication with the owner is exceptional. Condo was clean overall. The balcony needed sweeping & windows could use a good cleaning. Very comfortable overall. I noticed quite a few empty units. I hope this was just because it’s off season. Would recommend & stay again.

Stayed Aug 1, 2024Thank you to these amanzing hosts for sharing this condo! We were able to stay in a place with everything we were looking for in Hot Springs. The condo is ROOMY with plenty of space. My friend and I stayed along with our 3 boys. It sits right on the water, and the lay out is perfect to hang out together or have some space when needed. We enjoyed the pool, game room and just hanging out on the balcony as well. I recommend this condo highly! Great communication too - simply wonderful. FYI, we particularly loved Magic Springs Theme and Water Park and the Mid-America Science Museum. SO MUCH FUN.
