Emerald Isle North Carolina -Queens Court resort, Queen Nicole Condo!

It was quiet and close. Very nice ppace to stay. The amenities were great.

Nice property. A little frustrating using the key card for vehicle entrance when there is more than one vehicle per family.

Nice property. Secure gated, fairly clean. Had to wash and fold our linens, a little inconvenient before leaving early Sunday am for home. Overall liked it and would stay there again.

Great value. Friendly people who live there asking with fellow renters. Great beach access. Elevator such a blessing for older people.

Nice, clean, decorated beautifully but some issues. Upon arrival found wet towels/sheets in dryer, stovetop not clean, only 1 gate card and code for gate would not work, sheets on bed, took off, folded and used our own. Did not know were expected to wash linens/towels from the beginning, did not use sheets, washed towels and put away, pots and pans not in good shape, can opener did not work. TV in master bedroom, could not get it to work. The door lock to get in the Condo would not work at times. Other than that we enjoyed our stay.

We enjoyed our stay in this condo. It was equipped with the things we needed for our week long stay. The location of this condo was great! Close to stores and restaurants. The condo owner was quick to respond to messages.

There was problem after problem- we left a day early. The decks were new. However, nothing worked right: 2nd bathroom sink didn’t work, toilet seat was broken and sort of repaired but it didn’t stay repaired. No coffee maker, no Wi-Fi, not clean …. Just one thing after another …. Owner did get back to us and sent cleaning crew out at 9 pm on our 1st night…. Place was not clean, floors not mopped, dirt on kitchen counter- the excuse was that they didn’t have time… we didn’t get there until 5 pm. I think the cleaning company is scamming the owner but that’s me. It was outdated, but that isn’t a big deal at the beach…. It was the stuff breaking daily, lack of ability to hold meetings for work when needed, lack of working bathroom stuff, no coffee in the morning … etc.. disappointed for sure

We had a great first trip. Property manager is also was great to work with and was very quick to reply to any questions. Cons: had issues getting into the gate so my husband walked to the room and got the gate key. No issues after that. The screen on the screen door was ripping off so that made the place look a little sketch. Once we got inside our minds were changed! Condo was very nice. Ceiling fan in the master bedroom could only be used on low. Looks like it should maybe be replaced. Again not a big deal. Toilets could’ve been more clean. Pros: condo is completely stocked with pretty much anything you could’ve needed from body wash, shampoo, conditioner, laundry detergent. More than enough towels and linens! The only two things missing were qtips and tissues (which were not expected) Perfect place to stay right in between the ocean and pool. Great ocean views and sounds from the room. Plenty of parking. Great location for food and family activities.

Our first visit to Emerald Isle was made even more enjoyable by the lovely accommodations of this Queen’s Court condo. The location and proximity to the beach, as well as to restaurants, shopping, and entertainment was so convenient! The condo was very clean and well appointed and we started our mornings with coffee on the deck watching the sun come up over the water. It was perfect! Thank you for allowing us to spend this past week in your beautiful beach home!
