Emerald Isle 0102 is a recently renovated two-bedroom, two-bath Gulf-front condo located directly on Pensacola Beach. Updated in April 2024, this ground-floor unit offers modern finishes and a bright open layout.
The open living area features comfortable seating, a flat-screen TV, and sliding glass doors that bring in natural light while leading directly to the Gulf-front patio. The ground-floor location allows for easy indoor-outdoor living, with the beach just steps away.
The kitchenis fully equipped with quartz countertops, brand-new appliances, and a refrigerator with a water filter and dual ice maker. Additional features include a dishwasher, microwave, and coffee maker. The dining area includes seating for six, along with additional bar seating for four.
The primary bedroom includes a king bed, Gulf views, direct patio access, and a private ensuite bathroom with a tub/shower combination. The second bedroom features two twin beds. Additional sleeping is available with a sleeper sofa in the living area.
Guests have access to resort amenities including direct beach access via a private boardwalk, two Gulf-front pools (one seasonally heated), a hot tub, fitness center, and gated entry. Seasonal beach service with two chairs and one umbrella is included (March–October, weather permitting) and provided by La Dolce Vita Beach Rentals.
Conveniently located near the Pensacola Beach Boardwalk, dining, and local attractions.

    Management Co. was easy to work with and communicated very well. Condo was very nice and clean. The only issue was the beds were not comfortable in either BR. Master bed had a dip in the middle and the Guest bed was very hard.

    I’ve had two really good experiences renting from individuals at EI. I didn’t think much about renting from a property management company until I got there this time and I could immediately tell the difference. Renting someone’s vacation home, that they care about versus renting a condo that’s owned by a property management company is night and day. There were at least three outlets that did not work, above the large living room window the curtain rod area looked to be puttied and sanded but not painted. The bedroom tv had sound only, no picture. The master bath has a moldy shower curtain. The patio furniture is very beaten up. The living room furniture was also quite worn and dingy. The view is, as always, spectacular, if you want a better water view, go above the second floor. Very easy beach access and I love having the beach chairs included. There were plenty of towels for two of us, however I had anticipated 3 and that would have been rough. The kitchen had everything we needed, but we didn’t cook anything elaborate. Someone had moved the ice tray and the ice maker had nearly filled the entire freezer. I didn’t contact the property management company while I was there, because, honestly I didn’t want to waste my precious vacation time. I’m leaving a review hoping they do better for the folks who pay good money to stay here, and to give information to those looking at this property.

    We enjoyed our stay, but there were things that needed attention….nothing big. Things like plugs not working, broken lampshade, curtain rod coming out of wall. The fire alarm kept chirping. Probably needed new battery, but none were in unit to replace.

    Location was great. Beach beautiful. Condo staff awesome and friendly. Condo had basic needs - very much appreciated the coffee for first am and TP so we didn’t have to go to store right away. Condo could use deep clean on door jams, thresholds. Fridge had issue - it leaked inside - had to put towel on top shelf. Bathroom in master toilet needed fixing it was loud and ran constantly. I am sure the rental agency will fix issues before leasing back out. (Did tell them).

    View was great. It was a little frustrating with all the codes. We wondered why there couldn't be just one to remember instead of 4. Here's a few things we noticed that weren't so good. Silverware was to limited - need more. Fridge leaked inside under the icemaker. Ruined a key lime pie and a few other things. There was a wad of bubblegum on our closet floor that my husband had to scrape off. There was no spatula in the kitchen - impossibe to turn an egg over!! The bed was quite hard as well as the pillows. Why not provide enough dishwasher pods for 1 week, and same with Laundry soap. It causes guests that fly in to have to buy the quantity and then dump the leftovers which is quite a bit. The office said they couldn't print our airline tickets unless it was in an e-mail which we didn't have. They said they could not go into Allegiant and put in our Flight # and print because that would be a third party...... ??? Our reservation said checkout was at 11 and office said 10.... One more item was our garbage disposal did not work when we fixed out first meal there. They did come and fix it, but then I tried to put something down it and it all backed up into both sinks. My husband had to plunge it. We enjoyed the sunny week we had and the beach was great.
