Emerald Isle Beach Front Condo. Free Beach Chairs and Dedicated Parking Spot

The unit was as described and welcoming. The assigned parking space was new to us and it was nice to have. We love the amenities of this complex and this was our fourth stay here.

We highly recommend this condo to anyone who enjoys peace, tranquility, cleanliness and organization not to mention a beautiful view. This condo has everything that we needed, and more. It is the perfect location to great restaurants but far enough away from the hustle and bustle of the partylife. We will be return visitors soon.

Great place for another beach week!

Clean! New shower in masterbathroom is lovely. This is our 2nd time to rent this condo!! Love the garage parking and the 2 beach chairs and umbrella included in the rental of the unit. Now there ate games and dloats and low beach chairs so provides wveything you need for a great beach vacation!! Highly recommend!!

Great stay and weather was perfect! Very clean and had everything we needed and all was as advertised. Would only add that parking is no at ground level, need to go up ramp for reserved parking spot. Also, must pay 40 to park for the week. But still very much worth the price which is why we give five stars. Would definitely recommend..

I LOVED this condo, property and all it had to offer. Check in was easy, parking was so convenient, the beach is absolutely beautiful, and the condo itself is gorgeous. The only thing I would comment for future guests is.. check the closet and cupboards for left over games, beach chairs, dish soap etc. before you go out and buy your own. If you can bring a beach wagon do it. Trudging through the sand. is tiring with all your beach stuff.

The entire experience was good. The only small issue was figuring out how to use the remotes.

Very clean and spacious. We felt very safe staying at this resort and enjoyed the family atmosphere.

The location was great. The condo needed some TLC. The first day when arriving the smell was horrific. Went straight to Walmart for Lysol and candles. Not sure if it was next door or from previous renters. The rugs in the entire condo needs either washing or replacing. The beach was fabulous as always!!

The kitchen was adequately supplied for cooking and the deck chairs on the porch were comfortable and used a ton! We loved seeing the sun rise as well as set from the deck!! Bring from the mountains, we rarely see the horizon so this was a treat! The weather was sunny most days and for four days we enjoyed 70 degree weather. We also felt that we had a private refit as there were hardly anyone renting last week. That was also a wonderful surprise. We loved the heated pool and the hot tub was fantastic! Our one complaint would be the directions where you park we’re very unclear. There are three ways to enter the parking garage and it was not clear which one to take. We eventually took the entrance that said OWNERS but as we were not owners, rather renters, we did not think to enter that one!

My family and I enjoyed this condo SO much and have already decided we will be staying here again next year! It was the perfect location for enjoying restaurants, Pier Park and the airport. We never had to wait long for an elevator and it was only steps away from the beach. The condo was very clean and had a fantastic view of the ocean.

We visit PC area twice a year for last 10 years, this is the one of the nicest condo we have stayed in. Very clean, well maintained, has almost new appliances. Balcony is great, easy access to the beach, assigned parking space. And as I mentioned- condo was clean, thank you!

Everything about this trip was excellent. I was concerned that, being on the 21st floor, we would often be in elevator purgatory, but that never happened. We rarely waited for an elevator more than a few seconds. The parking garage made move in/out so convenient. The condo was extremely clean and provided everything we needed. We definitely hope to come back again!
