Room was clean. Outside of condo was clean. Would stay in this one again.

Clean and adequate

We enjoyed this condo and location, it is close enough to all the restaurants and activities. It is mostly newer or updated finishes, 2nd bathroom could use an update soon though. Balcony was nice as well but we mostly spent our time outside at the pool or beach. The beach chair service could use updated chairs as they aren’t the best quality or comfortable. Also, they wouldn’t let us use a set because we got out to the beach at 3:40 one day which was ridiculous (apparently you have to claim by 3:30), that policy is really silly. They should be more flexible and you should have access to them up until 5 no matter what. I mean they were already sitting out empty and he wouldn’t let us use them because he wanted to put them up basically. Otherwise nice trip and condo. Finally to mention, this building had 4 elevators which was nice as some condos the elevator situation can be a real pain!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The view was great! Liked being on 7th floor too. Overall the place was nice. Didn't have many extras for a rental place at the beach. No beach towels at all. Be sure and bring your own. No chairs for the night time. We had free chairs & umbrealla (included in rental) for the day time which was very nice, but nothing for the night time, 5 pm and after. Starter kit provided included-very hard toilet paper, 2 bars of very very small soap, watered down dish detergeant, no strater laundry detergant. The coffee pot was nasty, didn't even use that (we bought coffee out), air fryer was greasy, sand was in the kitchen sink when we arrived. Bathrooms seemed clean. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, but not a 5 star.

The condo was as beautiful and cozy as the pictures. We enjoyed everything about staying here. The views and the balcony are awesome!! We can’t wait to return!

Apartment was very nice, great area, beach etc. We were there to check in about 3.45 there was no one there to help with checkin process. We left 3 messages before we received a call back. I didn’t show receiving the email giving final details, this was the reason we needed to see and talk to a person. It was all resolved. We have stayed tIn this block before with no issues. Things do happen. The check in blips didn’t stop us from having a great time.

It was way too short lived. We had the best weather, we took part in several activities around the area, used the beach chairs, balcony and grill. Great views of the ocean from the deck and it worked well for all our needs. Only thing that needed fixing is the toilets, they whistled after flushing for several minutes and the other clunked after flushing. Would definitely recommend.

The property was exactly as it shows on VRBO! It was perfect for our family trip! The temperature was in the 70s so you couldnt have asked for a better New Year celebration!! Willbe back in the summer, thank you for a great time!!

We had a fantastic time! I've rented different condos in Emerald Isle and this is one of my favorites! Renovated master bath, tons of towels, nice patio furniture and the master bed was the best I've ever slept in! 2 negatives was the dirty sofa cover and mat leading to the patio, but this is minor compared to the positives. We hope to visit again! Thank you!

We were at the property just as Hurricane Helene hit. It was pretty much a non-event in PCB but a lot of businesses closed up in anticipation of the storm. Emerald Isle is a great place and we enjoyed our stay and have stayed there many times. This unit was clean but could use a little updating. The covers over the furniture were not great. It also needs a table on the baloney for 4 people to sit and eat. Overall, a nice place right on the beach!

Furniture & Bedding needs replaced, Kitchen good, bathrooms good, balcony great, location great, security staff were not very friendly to all guest at the pools, every time you looked up they were giving people some grief about one thing or another, pools were kind of cold and the hot tub seemed way too hot. building was clean and nice looking, Mike's across the street was great!

Condo had pretty everything you needed for a week long stay. Would recommend a new couch and recliner though. Beds were comfortable, deck was huge and furniture on deck was excellent.

Easy access to the beach. We cooked in the condo several times and it was we equipped. Overall, a great time was had by all!!

Accommodations met our expectations. Photos were exemplary of the place. Great location. Balcony overlooking the ocean (almost entirely in the shade) and covered parking were perks.
