There are new large screen smart TVs in the den and primary bedroom and both bedrooms are furnished with HEPA air purifiers for those with allergies. Tasteful window coverings let all that beautiful sunshine in but, if you want to sleep in, there are also blackout curtains on all windows.

The location is as convenient as it gets! The elevator is only a few steps from the front door and, down below, your reserved parking spot is only a few feet from the elevator.
