This one of only a few condos in the area with beach views from every room. This beautiful condo is ideally situated on the third floor, low enough to hear the waves splashing and just the rightheight for the sun to produce the most beautiful hues of emerald blue and green. There are new large screen smart TVs in the den and primary bedroom and both bedrooms are furnished with HEPA air purifiers for those with allergies. Tasteful window coverings let all that beautiful sunshine in but, if you want to sleep in, there are also blackout curtains on all windows.

The location is as convenient as it gets! The elevator is only a few steps from the front door and, down below, your reserved parking spot is only a few feet from the elevator. We even have luggage carts stored next to the elevator so you can move your luggage in and out without stressing your back. As you arrive, roll down your window to feel the coastal breeze. Step into your home away from home, drop your bags at the door, and head out to your private balcony where you can savor the sights and sounds of the beach. You can find access to the private balcony through the living room and first bedroom. There is no better way to wake up than to the sun glistening over the Gulf.

Take advantage of your fully equipped kitchen and pack coolers for the beach, prepare a coastal cocktail, or maybe try your hand at a seafood recipe. If you decide to dine alfresco one evening, make sure to time it where the sun is setting. Two large charcoal grills are available on the pool deck, along with plenty of umbrella covered seating. The colors of the sunset dance on the water and we can promise it is unlike anything you have ever seen. After the sun has set, grab a spot on the couch, turn on the Smart TV and catch up on your favorite shows.     Bait and switch! Pictures of beautiful balcony with gulf view. Got there and balcony was boarded up. Looked like a dungeon in the condo. Parking was supposed to be 2 parking place by condo. Had to park block away. And no handicap parking.

    I have no problem with the home, but I feel maintenance was understated. Construction not only closed off the balcony, but there were barriers on the windows that blocked most of the natural light. Also LOUD, and I mean LOUD work started at 7:30am constantly until around 5 every day. There was metal grinding that vibrated the floor, hammering that shook the walls, and other noises that made relaxing near impossible during the day. So if you wanted to sleep in even on Saturday that would be impossible. Construction blocked off all close parking so you had to park in the far parking lot. The AC operation wasn't checked so the first 2.5 days it was broken and 78-80 degrees at night. not a very relaxing experience, but like I said, the place on the inside was beautiful, clean, and close to the beach.

    Pros — Condo was clean great views. Cons—No washer dryer inside condo. Washer and dryer at the end is the hall on each floor. No beach chairs/umbrella provided by the homeowner. &40 aday to rent them.
