The owner had someone bring ramps so I could get on the balcony. Rental is not handicapped accessible. Smaller than I expected. It was difficult to get around in my wheelchair. Owner answers messages quickly. Elevator was fast.

The unit was extremely clean, the kitchen had everything & more, and Helen was amazing! She answered every question & gave all information required! She’s very personable & professional. Our vacation was more than what we imagined in the best way. We ate dinner on the balcony & watched the fireworks.. the view from the 17th floor is incredible. We cannot wait to visit again!
