Emerald Isle 1505 - Beachfront, Pools, Hot Tub, West End, FREE Beach Chairs!

This is the 2nd time staying at Emerald Isle. This condo was beautiful, clean, and had everything we needed. It has the best balcony we have encountered so far with a fantastic view of the gulf! There was an issue with the ac when we got there and they responded immediately and solved the issue. Helped me figure out the master bedroom tv while they were there. We had the best time and cant wait to go back!

Mesmerizing! Is the first word coming to mind when opening the door to your rented condo! Breath taking view, location. Well organized and clean. Quiet. Just overall the best memories my family and I have from this vacation.

Thus property was great! We had an awesome time!

The condo was just as advertised and had everything we needed for our stay. It was me, my daughter and 3 grandkids. Loved being able to walk out right onto the beach. The kids loved the pool. My only complaint was the parking. Once you went into the parking garage and there was no parking place you had to back all the way out. Otherwise it was great. Would stay here again.

This condo had everything we wanted and more! The bed was very comfortable. The pools were great and it was easy to access the beach. My only complaint was that some of the information listed was incorrect and/or we couldn’t reach anyone at the property management to confirm. The parking is $30 not $20. Not a big deal but since I only had a $20 bill, I had to pay for parking with a credit card which I was charged a fee for. Again, not a huge deal but it would have been nice to know beforehand. Also, we never got the tickets/credit that was listed (Dave and Busters, Gulf World, etc). When I asked about it when I paid for parking, they had no idea. I tried calling the property management but no one ever answered.

Very clean, great location if you don't want to stay in a congested area, amazing views!

Only negative comment was the bed seamed to have no substance as it was extremely uncomfortable. Otherwise the entire family enjoyed the stay

We rented for our 26th Anniversary and our sons 19th Birthday. Condo is very spacious and clean. We had 2 adults and 5 teenagers and there was plenty of room. Rooms are large and both bathrooms are very large for condo bathrooms. Complex was well maintained and security was always present.

We have enjoyed this unit at Emerald Isle for several years and ALWAYS look forward to returning. This year we were extremely disappointed to find that the wonderful, round glass-top dining table on the balcony was no longer usable. The metal stand was there BUT the glass top was gone! 95% of the value of this unit is the 15th floor view and the ability to enjoy dining, chatting on the computer, having a drink on the balcony overlooking this fabulous beach! This year...all of that was impossible; the dining table was replaced with 2 tiny low drink stands. For us, this is a deal breaker! We won't return unless the table is replaced AND the cabinet door above the counter, swinging by one hinge, needs to be fixed! Please update the photos of the unit. The furnishings/flooring have been changed; your promotion needs to reflect this. Thank you. We hope these issues can be addressed; however, there are ample other units to consider for next year! We do LOVE Emerald Isle!

My family loved it here and the location is awesome. Tons of security watching over everything. The hot tub is huge and the two pools are great to keep from over crowding. We would definitely stay here again!
