The condo is located in the great location. Not much scenery, but that’s not what we were there for. It’s about 100 yards from the beach, which is perfect. Could’ve used a few more towels. Could’ve used a couple more garbage bags and it would’ve been nice if the condo would’ve had a blow dryer with it we didn’t have one. We had to go purchase one.

Convenient location and beach access. Condo is outdated and was mostly clean.

Here is a list of things we came up with during our stay: -Stained towels -Dusty and looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in a long time -Comforter on bed was not washed, neither were the pillows. -Sheets had hair on them -Room smelled like rotten meat -Wi-Fi did not work half the time -Dirty floors -Dirty dishes -Only one coffee mug -Coffee pot was filled with old water when we opened it -No shower curtain liner so water got everywhere -Damaged microwave -No ceiling fans -Cigarette butts in bottom of trash can -Lamps damaged/flickering -Light switch in bedroom does not work -Blood stain on couch -TV didn’t work half the time. The service cut in and out every 1 minute. When we first checked into the room, it smelled of rotten meat and was lacking cleanliness. We had to go out and by our own cleaning supplies to clean the kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom. A lot of the basic things in the room were damaged or did not work as they should, especially the TV, internet, and lights. We paid quite a bit of money for the room and probably won’t be staying in it again. However, the location of the room was convenient.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. The condo was very run down and everything is so old in there. I felt wasn’t very clean. Good location though.

Kinda wish, it was more updated. Just a little..Definitely has potential for it . Washer and Dryer were not in the room ?? I will not be booking again, based on this.

The condo was clean and we loved the fact it was on the bottom floor. It was a few steps to the beach. The are a few negatives but not enough to make us not stay here again. The shower temperatures ranged from scalding to cold when you try to adjust knobs. Also, only 2 coffee cups and one was cracked. I would still stay here again for the convenience to the beach.

Great location and easy check in. We are already planning a trip back next year.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were able to check in early which was good. But the cleanliness was definitely lacking! Small greasy finger prints on the bathroom door, crumbs in the silverware trays. The condo is first floor which we loved but the parking was across the lot and we heard of several parking issues while we were there. One condo was very drunk and screamed at everyone that walked by without even asking if it was our vehicle ( it was not) J reported this to the Realtor but the last I heard she had not got a response. Positive things are a lower unit. Good size kitchen. The bed was super comfortable and a decent space for the 3 of us for the week.
