Emerald Isle #103 | Gulf Front + Amenities

Absolutely beautiful waterfront condo, our family had a great time. We wish we could have stayed longer, but were already planning our next trip back down on the way home. We higly reccomend this property and will most likely book again (hopefully soon!)

The condo was perfect for vacationing with out two grandkids. The host was very responsive to what turned out to be my user error. Great facility and well appointed.

The main pool was closed. Only the kiddy pool was open. Verbo was no help. the grounds workers kept saying tomorrow. Tomorrow never comes. We found out that the pool was closed the week before and the gust was told the same thing. A refund was out of the question they quit talking to you after you ask.

This is a very nice two bedroom condo overlooking the pool Area on the first floor above the ground floor. It is an older condo that has older furniture and amenities, but is a very nice place for family to meet and spend time together. The kitchen is well equipped, but has no extras. Only the minimum supplies. Simple items such as salt and pepper are not included only a couple of dishwasher pods so make sure you bring all of your own cooking supplies. They only include one kitchen cloth and one sponge so make sure you bring your own cleaning supplies too. We were excited to see a jetted tub in the master bathroom when we arrived, but when it did not work, and we contacted the property manager, someone came and told us it was not an included amenity so it did not work and they would not fix it. So we suggest that you take the instructions off the wall on the how to, make it work as that is very misleading and very confusing. The Internet was adequate for our simple TV streaming, but we did know work from the condo, only checked email. The shower curtain in the second bathroom needs to be changed as it has some dirty spots or mold on it, And a large hole needs to be fixed in the laundry room wall, and the refrigerator only dispenses crushed ice, which is not very sanitary for everyone reaching inside, opening the awkward ice bin, to get their own ice cubes. Also, you’ll notice in the write up that they do not include any beach items whatsoever, not even towels

We rented the condo for blue angels week. It was a nice balcony to watch it from especially with having a 10 month old. We were able to walk to restaurants nearby. Perfect condo for a small group!

We had a wonderful getaway for my husbands birthday!

This place was perfect for myself and two sons. It was clean and tastefully decorated. The only thing I missed that I’ve had in other similar units was there were no beach supplies like chairs or shelling gear. It didn’t make or break my stay, and will book this unit again if I go back.
