House Rules:
No smoking inside the unit or on the balcony.
No pets allowed.
No parties or unregistered guests.
Must be 25 years or older to rent - ID will be checked at registration.
Must sign a vacation rental agreement and provide an email address.
We have a NEST doorbell / camara at the front door. This doorbell only detects activity OUTSIDE of the unit front door in the hallway area. This is installed for the occupant's security.
Failure to comply with any of the above rules will result in immediate eviction, loss of security deposit, and no refunds of any kind.

Cleaning practices between each vacation rental guest:
Linens: Towels and bed linens including single layer blankets, fitted sheets, top sheets and pillowcases have been laundered in hot water with a professional grade detergent and laundry sanitizer then dried on a high heat cycle for your stay. All linens are changed between each vacation rental guest.
Surfaces: All major surfaces and high touch areas have been cleaned and disinfected using a professional grade cleaning product from the EPA’s list.
Flooring: All floors have been thoroughly vacuumed. All hard floors have been
mopped and sanitized with a steam mop.
Dishes: All dishes and utensils used by previous guests have been run through a
dishwasher cycle.
Extras: In order to ensure a thoroughly clean vacation rental extra items such as
decorative pillows and throw blankets have been removed from the beds to provide the most sanitary conditions for your stay. If you get cold easily, it is recommended that you bring extra blankets with you.
