Stayed Oct 5, 2023It's in a good location and close to the water only complaint I have the master bedroom a/c doesn't cool very good as the rest of the condo . The place was very clean. I do suggest new pillows ? and the pull out sofa bed didn't have covers other than a sheet.

Stayed Jun 9, 2023The property was nice once we were able to get in our room. Check in time was 4pm our room was not cleaned we didnt get to go in the room until 5:30. That basicly ruined our first day, time we got in and got our thungs unpacked the day was gone. I ask to speak to the property manager and I was told they dont talk to customers. What is their job then? I also ask days ahead of my arrival if there was a hair dryer in the bathroom and i was told the bathroom had all the ammenties but there was nothing in the bathrooms but a bar of soap. Its also a big hassel with the elevators. You have to get on at least 4 elevators to get to your room and the beach. The room was good once it was cleaned. But I will not stay at Emerald again.
