Emerald Beach #528 | Gym, Pool, Dining!

* PROS* Great location, within a short walk to the beach. Walmart and Target are just a few miles away, gas station, ice cream and pizza across the street. Beautiful view, the condo was stocked with everything we needed and more. We did not have to wait long on the elevators and the pools/hot tubs are great! My daughter loved the Starbucks, I loved the gym and my husband loved the tall chairs on the balcony and how comfortable the master bed was. We definetly would stay here again.* CONS* Upgrade the main TV to a smart tv, add a trashcan to the second bath and fix the hairdryer in the master bathroom and why is there not a ramp on at least one of the walkways to the beach? We watched people from our balcony struggle with wagons, strollers and there is no way a person using a wheelchair could access the beach at Emerald Shores.

We enjoyed our stay in PCB. The only mishap was we had an issue with our dryer, and we were supposed to be notified upon the service tech coming out. Tech came, and we were never aware. No actual complaints at all from Sourthern!

Walking distance to several restaurants and arcade for a rainy day. Super easy beach access. Beautiful ocean view. No blanket for the pullout couch and some minor repairs needed in the bathroom but overall plenty of room for our family of 5. We will be back.

The hair dryer is broken and does not work. There was mold in both of the bathrooms. One bathroom had broken pieces on both sides of the shower and the shower curtain had mold all over it. Both bathroom shower heads had mold on them. The bathroom sink in the master bathroom would not drain properly. All of the sheets on the beds were dirty and we had to wash them before we could use them. The towels and wash cloths provided were visually dirty and had to be washed before used as well. Very disappointed in how dirty this place was when we paid a good amount of money to stay here.

Beachfront room, ideal for a couple or small family. Plenty of supplies in the kitchen and bathroom to get you a good start on the week. Beach access was very easy! Close to a lot of great restaurants!

We weren’t impressed with the condo. The patio door was broke, air didn’t work very well, no blankets, etc.

Our stay was great. It took us a while to figure out all the elevators. I’m glad we were on the 5th floor since we ended up taking the stairs the majority of the time. But overall, we had a nice vacation.

Great area. Went a few days to get away, rest and relax. We did exactly that. Condo had a few issues. Main issue patio door is EXTREMELY hard to open/shut. It is still a nice place.

We came down to celebrate our anniversary. We loved the location and view of the beach from our room. Everything we wanted to do was close by. Only thing was the second bathroom was missing ceiling tiles so you could see the piping of the room above.

Overall things were good. I do feel like maintenance/upkeep of the room could have been better.
