Superior communication with host! Condo was exactly as described. Amenities were great as well. We would definitely stay again. The master has a firm mattress and we slept great. The master shower is so wonderful with the best water pressure I’ve ever met! I felt like a massage was included with the stay.

The condo was a great size and the location was fantastic. Plenty of room with an amazing beach view! The condo had everything we needed for our stay. I feel like maybe a little more attention could have been given to the cleaning of the condo. Overall great trip!

Even though the weather was cooler than we hoped the place was beautiful and as advertised. The view of the gulf is fantastic and the proximity is also great. There are great restaurants within walking distance and food property amenities. Would go again!

The condo was beautiful, it was in a great location. The resort had great amenities, the condo was stocked with everything we could need!! We will definitely be back next year!

The condo was nice, clean, and kid friendly. Everything you could possibly need was provided even beach toys and an extra chair and umbrella. we loved it so much that Brenda helped us book an extra day. I suggest this unit to anyone wanting a peaceful stay on PCB.

This was a great location for us. This unit was kind of in a weird spot to get to with luggage and groceries. However, when wanting to go to the pool, beach, get ice cream or Starbucks it was the perfect spot. Literally right by the skybridge. I will take the five minutes annoyance getting luggage and groceries down a few steps (like 5) if it means being closer to the best stuff the place offers. The upper floors had to wait so long for elevators and we never had to. We had a few issues arise within the first 24 hours, but Brenda was very responsive and got them resolved the next day. The master bedroom mattress is very firm. It took a little getting used to it, but ended up helping my back feel better by the end of the trip. Also that room is much warmer than the rest of the condo. Everywhere else is freezing cold and the master is about 10 degrees warmer, even with the curtains closed the entire time. However, after the first night when you get used to being hot outside all day, the temp feels much colder inside. So I ended up preferring the warmer room! There were a few smaller table top fans in the closet and when we used those around the room it helped it feel much better. If you have a husband who likes it below freezing when sleep, just be aware! Me and the kids preferred the warmer room. Overall it was clean to the eye. However I’d recommend you have the cleaners switch your floor cleaning solution. The floors made our feet black, but I would stay here again.

Great location, floors sticky when we arrived. Hot water hard to achieve, one faucet not working.
