Condo was clean and just as described. A bit snug for 8 of us- 6 adults and 2 kids- but we made it work. Was easy to book and enjoy! A bit difficult to find the condo at first- but the front desk was so helpful with that. After that- it was easy sailing!!!The view was amazing- we enjoyed the sunsets- and watching the storm roll in. I loved the balcony- it was a great spot for some relaxing and listening to the waves. We would definitely stay again!

One of the living room chairs had poop streaks which we had to try to clean ourselves. One of the pools was closed so the kid pool was crowded and chairs were never available. When we were getting ready to leave we could not shower or clean up due to the water shut off....non were your fault but we would stay again!!

Reviewer Comments: We come to PCB twice a year in May and October have always had great experiences this time was a little different at the resort everyone has always been really pleasant but this time the security guard was really rude and instead of asking if we needed help she was yelling at us telling us we couldn’t park where we was at my husband was trying to remove the luggage rack so we could park the car because it wouldn’t clear but there wasn’t any signs saying what the height clearance was and this was the first time we had used a rack on our suv. The condo wasn’t very clean there is black spots on the ceiling in the living room thick dust on the baseboards throughout the condo and the lamp shades in the bedrooms. In the master bathroom the shower was dirty the paint around the light in the shower was was peeling off and rust around the light the caulking around the bottom of the shower was black.The bed in the master bedroom wasn’t very comfortable the tv in the master wasn’t working properly. The washing machine had a musty smell where it had been closed up for awhile .I understand completely it’s hard to maintain the rentals to everyone’s liking we love staying at this resort do every year cause the location and the resort.I just feel for the price that you pay that could be a little more cleaner.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean and comfortable. The check-in was a little stressful. The directions led us to the Wyndham which is across the street from the condo, but there was a skybridge, so we didn't have to cross the street. Emerald Beach Resort and the Wyndham condos are in the same building across the street with Wyndham on one side and Emerald beach on the others side. It was quite a maze logistically to get around. Once we learned how to get around, we were much more at ease. If an explanation of the layout and parking was given initially, I believe it would help with the check-in process. We enjoyed our stay and would stay there again.

The room was hot mainly due to the back door going to the deck had no rubber trim and if you didn't keep it locked when you would open and shut the other doors in the condo, it would pop open.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I'm sad to say that this condo was not what we hoped for. It does have beautiful views and the pools are perfect for the kids. But when we got there the condo was not clean. There was trash, chocolate, a dirty cup in the guest bed! There was dirt everywhere on tbe floor. Loose hair ans dirt in the drawers. There were many dirty dishes where no one washed them and put them back in the cabinets. I called when we got there to let them know it was dirty. The owner of the condo called me directly and was very nice. He sent them to clean it again and although they did sweep the floors better the guest bed room still had trash on the bed and the sheets were still dirty and their was still dirt and hair in the bathrooms. So I had to wash the bedding and clean the condo to feel like it was clean enough for us to stay. We were able to enjoy our trip but it was disappointing to look forward to this trip and walk into a dirty condo.
