Stayed Jun 13, 2023This condo is 3.5 stars. Master Bedroom doesn’t cool unless the bathroom door and living room door left open. The guest bath shower curtain is moldy and needs replacing. There were about 5 bulbs burnt out. Had to replace the smoke detector battery after being woken at 4 am one morning. Several elevators on property are out and it can make for delays. Other than that, property and condo are clean and comfortable. I would suggest Destin over PCB, but this condo is fine if you’re staying in PCB (like us for an event).

Stayed Jun 4, 2022The condo was beautiful and the view was amazing but the elevators were horrible. You would wait 30min just for one to open and it be full. We ended up taking the stairs multiple times and the stairs to the 11th floor is no joke. We stay in the area every year and this was by far our least favorite place to stay.
