Make memories that will last a lifetime at the Emerald Bay Overlook! This cozy 2-bedroom condo sleeps up to 6 people and features breathtaking views of the main channel at mile marker 14. Conveniently located just off Horseshoe Bend, just minutes from the Bagnell Dam Strip, Osage Beach, and tons of lakes most popular lakefront bars and restaurants. Also enjoy convenient access to two pools and a tennis court!

Kitchen and Dining Area
The kitchen features stainless steel appliances, tons of counter space, and all the essentials you need to prepare meals. There is a breakfast bar with two barstools and the dining area features a beautiful glass top table that seats four people.

Living Room
The living room features two couches, a flat screen TV, a gorgeous wall of floor to ceiling mirrors, and beautiful views of the main channel. From the living room, there is a door that opens to balcony.

Master Suite
The Master Suite features a King-sized bed, two nightstands, and a sliding glass door that opens to the balcony. The master bathroom features a double vanity sink, a large walk-in closet, and a tub/shower combo.

Bedroom 2
The second bedroom features one full-sized bed, a twin bunk bed, and a large closet.

Bathroom
The second bathroom features a single vanity sink and a tub/shower combo.

Outside
Out on the balcony you will find plenty of seating, including bar height bar stools, two chairs, and a patio table with two benches. There is also an electric flat top grill! (No gas BBQ grills or fire pits allowed at the complex).

Neighborhood Description
The Emerald Bay Condominium Complex is located just minutes from the Bagnell Dam Strip, which offers amazing restaurants, family fun, and nightlife experiences. Just a hop and a skip away from all the shopping bars and dining experiences of Osage Beach.

To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you will be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check.

Important note: The information is collected for screening and verification only and is not stored or used for any other purposes.

Please be advised that you will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. You will also be required to pay a refundable damage deposit of $250 before check-in. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:

• You agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.
• You acknowledge that you will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in.
• You acknowledge that you may be required to undergo a background check if mandated by the property management company or the building, as stated in accordance with your rental agreement and condition of the booking.
• You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have successfully completed our verification portal.
• You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have added a payment method in your guest portal for the damage deposit.

    It was a very nice condo with some good upgrades in the kitchen and bathrooms.
