Emerald Bay is in the Four Seasons area and is one of the first complexes down Horseshoe Bend Parkway from Bagnell Dam Blvd. This condo is close to all the lake area attractions and restaurants including Baxter's, JB Hooks and the historic Bagnell Dam Strip area. Boat rentals are nearby and a little further down Horseshoe Bend Parkway you will find two Four Seasons Golf Courses, Shady Gators and The H Toad Entertainment Complex.     Location was great very clean. The only thing was the master bathroom shower did not have any pressure. The other bathroom had great pressure. I would stay here again.

    Nice location with a great view of the lake. Really enjoyed the deck and the turtles were fun to watch. Lots of amenities but could use some updating to the condo.

    We immediately felt at home in our vacation condo. Furnishings were comfortable, and the property was roomy. The property was quiet, convenient to lake activities, and impeccably clean.

    Needed a short weekend getaway to the found this condo on the water with great views… The condo had everything you needed for cooking and extra activities…. Would recommend it and look forward to stay there again

    1. Aggressive and expensive towing - I didnt get my “blue tags” on my car IMMEDIATELY after arrival and my car was towed away under my nose. 6 miles away to be exact and will cost over $300 to get it back. 2. No place to swim, fish, or enjoy the Lake at the complex. All the docks say “OWNERS ONLY” and there is NO shore to stand on. 3. Tennis court is in ruins. 4. Basketball backboard is broken and has 3 wasp nests growing in it. 5. Pools are small. 6. Driveway is treachorously steep. 7. Security is aggressive by calling towing company without notice or barely even time to put your tag on. 8. Hillbillies everywhere. Lots of cussing, rap music, and red necks at the pool. 9. The property manager, John Custer, does not know how to speak to his customers. Upon contacting him regarding the towing issue, he directed me to info in the condo that was out of date. Old info regarding tags and old phone numbers posted on the refrigerator. 10. The condo is old and outdated. Window frames, mirrors on the wall, kitchen table, fireplace surround, doors, walls, carpet, shower fixtures, kitchen cabinets, etc all look like they are from the 1980s. Time for an update…its 2022. 11. Trash dumpster is far away and trash was overflowing with garbage all over the bin area.

    We loved our time at 250 Emerald Bay. It was decorated beautifully and had everything you needed! We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this location. The place was nicely decorated and had a seemless checking in and out process. John allowed us to borrow a cooler for our boat adventures, as we had forgotten ours. They were awesome! Always timely in their response and very helpful!!! The Property Management group was extremely helpful when we had inquiries. John communicated quickly with us on any questions.

    The property and Four Seasons staff are outstanding. I will be back. Every time I communicated with the Four Seasons team they were friendly, knowledgeable and had immediate answers to any of my questions. I will definitely use them for vacation rentals again.
