Stayed Aug 23, 2025The home was just as advertised. We had a few occasions where we needed to contact the property manager and she was very responsive. The grill was immaculate-this has never happened in all the rentals we’ve stayed in while in Elk Rapids. Sunsets out the family room window were beautiful.

Stayed Jul 19, 2025Our stay was wonderful. Anything we needed was fixed in a timely manner. The only thing that could improve would be the mattresses on the twin and bunk beds. Otherwise, we look foward to visiting again next year.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Our stay was great- the condo is clean and very accurate to the description given here. The shared beach area is nice- my only suggestion would be to give maybe a more detailed description or even a map of what the condo renters have access too and what they don’t since it is so close to White Birch Lodge.

Stayed Jun 2, 2024This condo is very comfortable. The views are lovely and the space is nice. It is a second floor unit so stairs are required. The property manager was extremely attentive and I contacted her a handful to times with questions or comments. I will say that the place was not exactly as clean as we'd like it. We found dirty dishes and utensils stowed away in strange places (which may be why the cleaning person didn't catch them and probably because tenants are asked to clean and put away all dishes before they leave and its easier to stow dirty grill stuff in a closet than deal with it in a rush). There is a lodge next door but their amenities are not included in the rental of this unit. However, there is a nice space of waterfront tenants can access.

Stayed Jun 9, 2024The property was lovely. Bright, cheerful, scenic, and peacefully situated - Elk Rapids is right in the middle between Traverse City, Suttons Bay, Charlevoix, Petoskey, and Harbor Springs - so it was the perfect location! Lots of great wineries and breweries in that area too. And of course, you can’t beat Lake Michigan!
