Welcome to Resort Plaza 5004, an elegantly appointed three-bedroom, three-bath Park City vacation rental that places you at the very base of Park City Mountain Resort — where the slopes, the lifts, and the energy of one of America's premier ski destinations are just outside your door. Available for nightly and weekly stays throughout the winter season, this spacious 1,700-square-foot condo is the kind of home base that transforms a good ski trip into an exceptional one.

Situated in the Marsac Mill Manor building, Resort Plaza 5004 positions you right at the center of resort-village life — a short distance from the lifts, ticket windows, and a lively collection of dining and shopping options that make the base area so appealing. Historic Main Street and the Town Lift are a short walk away, and Park City's free year-round bus stops just outside the building, placing Deer Valley, Canyons Village, Kimball Junction, and the best of Park City within easy reach.

Step inside and feel the difference that thoughtful design makes. The open-concept main living area is anchored by a warm gas fireplace and flows naturally into a fully equipped kitchen and an elegant formal dining space — a genuinely inviting setting for family dinners, celebrations, and the kind of unhurried mornings that make mountain vacations memorable. A sofa bed in the living room adds flexible sleeping for the group, comfortably accommodating up to 8 guests in total.

The sleeping configuration is well suited for families and groups of all sizes. The primary suite offers a king bed and its own private bathroom — a calm, elegant retreat from the rest of the home. The second guest bedroom features a king bed plus a twin bed and its own bathroom, while the third bedroom provides two twin beds served by a third full bathroom — a layout that gives every guest their own comfortable space. Window A/C units keep the condo cool during warmer shoulder-season stays, and a brand-new in-unit washer and dryer handles the practical demands of a longer mountain trip. Complimentary Wi-Fi and elevator access are included throughout your stay, and your parking pass will be waiting on the kitchen counter upon arrival.

Resort Plaza 5004 guests enjoy access to the year-round pool, hot tub, and fitness center, all located off-site at The Lodge at Mountain Village, and within walking distance of the property — a welcome retreat after a full day on the mountain. Underground parking is included in the Lowell Building, with a clearance of 6 feet 9 inches. Please note that oversized vehicles cannot be accommodated and alternate parking is not available. A complimentary luggage storage room is also available nearby for your convenience.

Please note that construction is underway on the Plaza deck from May 1 through the end of September. Noise and vibration are expected during the first two months of this window, and a safety construction fence will be in place along the fire lane and Lodge at Mountain Village property line.

Resort Plaza 5004 is a non-smoking, pet-free property. Guests check in through our Direct to Condo process; simply complete the pre-registration form prior to arrival to receive your personalized door code. Housekeeping is not included but may be arranged through our Guest Services office for an additional fee, subject to availability, with at least two weeks' advance notice.
