Elegant Palm Desert Resort Condo with Mountain Views, Pool & Spa

Price was high but unit was good.

Had major problems with this unit had carbon dioxide issues the people there from vacation that was supposed to fix it were lazy did not show up horrible

Hi, we had a very nice stay except for a few problems. My friend and I went to shower before dinner and when we both were drying our hair in opposite bathrooms, we blew the circuit breaker. I went to flip the unmarked breaker outside. None looked tripped, so had to flip all; which blew the Wi-Fi. Reset that multiple times, but there was a secret switch in little bedroom. Turnkey did send someone next morning to reset breaker and Wi-Fi. Definitely a stressful time. No renumeration for our trouble, or request for 11:00 check out was given. Living room smells like smoke- not the bedrooms. Maybe it is in the rug? But it is definitely inside smell. Bad outdoor furniture. But yes, we had our moneys worth. Liked pool, hot tub, location, and was very clean. This review was submitted while the home was managed by a different property management company.

Overall I give our stay was great. The condo is well appointed with a couple of exceptions. It sits on a wonderful golf course that we truly enjoyed and the neighbors were all so friendly. Two huge issues. One THE MOST uncomfortable bed I have EVER slept in. The floor might have been softer. We didn’t get much sleep while there. Also, the sheets were so old they were pilling and no dresser in the master bedroom. Finally the condo sits right next to a very busy street and you hear a lot of traffic especially at night. But, if the owners were to upgrade the master bedroom we would be back. This review was submitted while the home was managed by a different property management company.

We visited the Palm Springs area to compete in an Ironman event. We brought my parents along and the house was very comfortable and great spot for relaxing. The setting is the BEST in Palm Desert Resort! From the patio, you will have a pond with birds—-egrets, pelicans, herons, swans, American widgeons, etc visiting every day! Across the pond is a fairway, so lots of fun watching the golfers. The condo itself is roomy. Lots of windows and great views. Beyond that there is a dearth of furniture. The rental needs more lamps throughout. The furniture is scanty and tends to be cheap—no dressers in the whole house. The beds are good so sleeping is comfortable. The place needs a repaint and the windows washed. The kitchen is dated, but serviceable. Cooking pans need to be replaced. Even with all that, we’d go back, for the birds alone. Condo is located on fun golf course (patio faces lake-water hazard). Very clean and stocked for short term visit so you can arrive and relax. Management was easy to work with and accommodating. This review was submitted while the home was managed by a different property management company.

Palm Springs in July is a scorcher but with this beautiful home and pool its just what we needed for this family staycation. Home filled with all of the amenities, washer & dryer and garage. We spent our early mornings sitting on the back patio that is located at the pond and on the golf course, watching golfers go by. Close to tons of restaurants and stores that are open at this time. Target, Albertsons, Walgreens, TJ Maxx are only a few miles away. This condo was in a great location. The back patio faced a large pond and on the other side of the pond was a fairway and green so we could watch the golfers go by. Beautiful mountain views beyond that.The condo was very clean and the resort had a club house and nice restuarant. The reason I gave it a 4 star was the following: WIth such a beautiful setting on the back patio, there needed to be some chairs and table. We had various guest stay with us over the month we were there and we actually went to Walmart and bought a table and then we would bring the dining room chairs out to sit on. We played cards and had many meals on the patio. The day we left I gave the table to a friend who has a condo there. Despite it showing on the website that there was supposed to be a flat screen TV in master bedroom there wasn`t. A more comfortable couch would be a nice touch too. This is the first time we used Turnkey and were very happy with them. We would stay at this condo again if it had the items i have listed. I played gold on this course and most all of the condos I saw had lots of patio furniture and some had fire pits.
