Elegant, Downtown 2-Bedroom Apartment. Recently updated. Center of downtown.

I really enjoyed my stay. The condo was very spacious and thoughtfully decorated. It was quiet even in the heart of downtown. The location was ideal. The kitchen had everything I needed to make all my meals. The bed was comfy and the bathroom was also spacious. Some little things i always appreciate- good lighting, no strong cleaning perfumes, nice smelling soap and shampoo, and a record player with some great albums. I will definitely stay here again.

Cute little apartment, in downtown. Excellent location, a little odd though because you’re in a parking lot, but it was very, very convenient to everything nearby. It was a fairly big space, bed was comfortable. Not a ton of extra amenities so if you’re headed here, make sure you pick up coffee at the grocery store before you head to the apartment.

Apartment was clean and check in was easy. Enjoyed the location right in downtown with easy access to local businesses and restaurants by walking. Had a bit of a plumbing issue while we were there and the owner took care of it right away. We were so impressed. They were easy to get ahold of and the problem was solved right away. Not only did they fix it, but cleaned everything, including washing the rags that were used.

We really enjoyed our stay! The location was absolutely perfect—right downtown and within walking distance of everything. Because of that, it could get a little noisy at times, but that’s to be expected in such a central spot. The home was very well-stocked with plenty of towels and a kitchen that had everything we needed. The only downside was the couch, which wasn’t the most comfortable for relaxing, but overall the space was clean, convenient, and exactly what we were looking for. Would definitely stay again!

This was the perfect location to attend the Festival in Sandpoint, we were able to walk everywhere during our stay…. Location location location!

A description of where to find the actual doorway would be helpful. Outside of that, the stay was great!!

Photos match reality. The property is what looks to be an old converted office. There are two bedrooms but one is non-conforming without a window. A better better description of the property would be ideal. Had multiple people approach me on Saturday asking for a tour. Apparently the building is for sale?

Wonderful location. Larger than expected. Smart TV would be a great addition.

The location is great, you can walk anywhere in town. We came in by train and it was a quick walk and easy to locate. Plenty of space to stretch out and perfectly clean. Check in was simple and the host doesn't require any unexpected check out requirements.

Check in and entry was easy. The property was exactly as expected. It was far better than a hotel. I appreciated the full kitchen as I have dietary restrictions that prevent me from eating out. Very nice place in an excellent location.

This apartment was perfect for a one night stay in Sandpoint. The location was ideal, walking distance to restaurants, coffee shops, etc… The unit was charming and clean. Would have liked a faster WiFi. It was usable, but slow. We had an enjoyable stay.

My two teenage boys and I stayed here for a ski weekend at Schweitzer. It's roomy, high end and the location is perfect! It has my strongest recommendation!

Just park your car. And off you go. Great walking town. Comes in handy after a couple Martinis. Would recommend to all.

The apartment was very spacious and well stocked with everything we needed for our stay. The beds were comfortable and the washer and dryer came in handy. The location can't be beat for walking to restaurants, shops, etc. The owner and property manager were very responsive and helpful.

Property was as described. Location very convenient. Heating is a bit awkward and we didn't figure out how to control it the first night. Would suggest a bit more detail in the instructions. There are a lot of thermostats on the walls...

Would definitely stay again.

This property is in the heart of downtown. Walkable to all the restaurants and shops. The property was a little hard to find mainly because we arrived at night so the signage was hard to read in the dark. Property was clean and well stocked. We had an issue with the heat the first night but the property manager was very quick to respond and fixed the issue. Other than that it was quiet and a comfortable stay.

We loved our one night stay here. The entry is inconspicuous, but once you enter it has a semi-loft layout with everything you need and plenty of space. Beds were comfortable, as we couch and seat. The fully equipped kitchen was great.

We stayed here while visiting some friends who live in Sandpoint. The apartment was well equipped and had comfy furniture in the living room. The owner was very responsive with the only issue we had— the parking pass needed for our car was missing. Apparently the previous guests had forgotten to leave it behind, but Charles was very nice and made sure it wasn’t a problem. We had a great stay.

Great location to enjoy the heart of Sandpoint!

Location location. This VRBO was about 3 blocks from the restaurant we met friends for dinner about 1.5 blocks from the theater where we had tickets for a show. The owner Matt was super nice. The rental was clean, comfortable, and beds were perfect for sleeping. Highly recommended. I'm sure we will be using this rental again.

It was good!!!! Spacious well stocked except an empty bag of coffee 😢. Comfy beds , clean shower, nice set up. An odd amount of dust on the light switch plates and there was no parking permit but otherwise good. I would absolutely stay there again.

My sisters and i came to Sandpoint to spend a few days with our Dad whi was staying at the Best Western. The location was ideal for our needs and the space was comfortable and roomy for our group. My Dad is 88 yet town was so close they he could join us on walking strolls to shops and eateries. Thanks for the nice stay.
