The condo is old. It needs some deep cleaning and renovate with new furniture. The couch is too leathery and slippery, not a good sleeping couch if you are coming with a large party. On top of that the carpet is smelly and dirty. And all the junks in the closets need to be cleaned out :( I guess it'd probably just another challenge living in Seattle downtown but since the apartment is old, it doesn't have a good AC system, The condo provides the AC machine but it made sounds but fortunately didn't affect too much of the sleep. On the other side, some good points, Kitchen seems to be clean and renovated. Customer support was good even though we had a lot of complaints about the apartment. They brought us more sheets and toiletries swiftly same day upon request. About location, it's close to main Pike street and to some night life, but while it's walkable, it's def not safe to do so at night. But it's just what it is about staying in downtown.

Great place to stay with friends! The only downside was dealing with parking but that’s because it’s in the center of downtown seattle so keep that in mind when booking! (: Thank you for letting us stay.

There is a lot of street noise- even on the 13th floor. We live in Alaska so we noticed it more than city dwellers would The building noises didn’t bother us It’s a quiet building as far as apartment/condo living goes. There are only 3 forks. Lots of spoons and knives. Please buy a few more forksThe guest book filled in 2022. A new guest book would be great

Robert with Vacasa meet us with access and other information. Kitchen has been totally remodeled recently and looks really nice. Only issue is with parking but that is just a Seattle problem not the rental unit.

The door was left unlocked. No one to greet us. Horrible security. Someone could have gotten in condo and waited for us. Scary. Kitchen air Vent filthy, blanket filthy. Paint was old and icky. Shower in master leaked and was horrible. table in the living area was wobbly and dangerous. Glad we didn't have young kids. The refrig and floors and sinks were clean. Communication was awful. no solutions just sorry for inconvenience. No control over heat. We are hosts ourselves and this is embarrassing property. We will never rent this place again and will shy away from Vacasa properties in the future. Management was awful. They gave us information for the wrong property via text. just icky experience we have loved all the vrbo's weve stayed in until this experience. Needs an overhaul of furniture paint and fixing all the broken things on the property. The carpet was disusting. we took pictures it was so gross. Avoid this place. Wish we would have stayed at the Westin.

Communication was great and quick. The building is old but the place was clean. The space was perfect for our family of four. The road was noisy with traffic but we had no trouble sleeping. Perfect location to easily walk to various restaurants and lumen field.

It was sufficient for a couple nights before our cruise. Watered down liquid soap in at least one of the bathrooms and no extra trash bags for kitchen waste basket. Though it’s not the properties fault there was a gas leak on our last night at the next block over that could have caused evacuation. That was just an unpleasant possibility.

The Hubbel Haven was a terrific stay for our family of four. The bedrooms allowed all of us some privacy. We made many of our meals in the well-appointed kitchen. The location is also unbelievable. It is steps away to so many bars, cafes, restaurants, and music venues. We even went to T-Mobile Stadium for a concert using the ubiquitous e-scooters that are everywhere in Seattle. Wonderful place to stay.

This apartment is great for the price and location if you have a big group. We all fit in easily and were able to live there for 4 nights with ease. It's also in a great location. The apartment itself though is fairly old and kind of dingy. That being said, if you have a big group for a few nights in Seattle, I think this is a good spot to stay at.
