Stayed Dec 28, 2025Host responded to any issues in a timely manner. There were many nice extra amenities like k-cup coffee & cocoa, heater in bathroom, lots of games & extra pillow & blankets.

Stayed Jul 11, 2025The host was extremely efficient and responded to me very quick. I told him my family wanted to bbq and he went out and bought a brand new grill. The electricity in the area had unfortunately went out for few hours and I expressed my concern and he reached out to management to find out what was going on and how long it would be and relayed the info to me. The indoor pool was really nice and private. The external view of the compound/resort was not appealing due to renovation and there were a lot of debris on the floor and just not attractive. Workers were working on the roof and building so by 8am there were pounding on the roof and work activity outside the apartment. Overall the stay was peaceful the apartment was clean and the host provided a lot of basic necessities.
