Elegant condo with 2 community pools, hot tub, & beach access across the road

So clean!!

Overall, very unimpressed. The place was disgusting. All of the dishes had caked-on gunk, the ice dispenser was covered in mold, the dishwasher was backed up and reeked of sour mildew, then leaked the one time we tried running it (so we were forced to hand-wash most of our dishes). There was a used bandaid stuck to the wall. It just gave us the heebies staying here. Additionally, we were told we’d have a certain number of consumables/toiletries. This was a lie, and caused us to make several additional trips to the store to stock up. Lastly, they called a handyman to come fix a few things after we reported several broken items, but did not give us any sort of heads up that he’d be coming at some point. We didn’t hear him knock so I came out of my bedroom to a random man in my home, which was startling to say the least. The condo itself was a cool location and the beds were comfortable. Everything else was a subpar experience at best.

Great location to restaurants, shopping & the beach! Loved the music at night & enjoying mornings drinking coffee out on balcony!

location is superb

The house was generally good, but some basic things were missing, like coffee and very common items for cooking, such as salt. I’ve stayed in many homes, and all of them were much better equipped than this condo. However, the main reason I wouldn't recommend this place is the lack of hospitality. They didn't care about valuing their guest. A day before check-out, I messaged them asking if we could check out two hours later, with an extra payment, because my daughter was seriously ill and an earlier trip to the airport would have been difficult. Even though the calendar was open and there were no reservations, they refused. After a lot of pleading, they said I could pay for a full day ($350) to stay two extra hours. I had never stayed in a place like this before and had never encountered such bad and disrespectful behavior.

We love this area and have tried multiple properties. This complex is very convenient to food and shopping, nestled smack between Alys and Rosemary beaches. I prefer to stay on the beach side of the road. Lugging the beach stuff to the beach and back is a bit of a project with kids, though the shuttle was great. I also like to see the water from my balcony and you really couldn’t do that here. The photos listed show two pools, one beach side, but the beach side pool is not for use for this rental. It’s two pools next to each other at the complex, which were nice and clean. The mattresses were not that comfortable. The bunk beds seem to need tightening because with any movement on top of bottom, the whole bed shook back and forth. It’s a very nice condo. Everything is in great working order. I just wish the beds had been a little more comfortable.

The home was perfect for the four of us. Everything was within walking distance. The tram was so convenient to get to the beach or lagoon pool. The nightly music in the pavilion was a welcome surprise. Highly recommend The Back Door for breakfast bowls, egg sandwiches & sweets. Great restaurant nearby. Book now so you don’t miss out!

Great property! Went on a 5 day girls trip. The condo was very clean and updated. Had plenty of room, nice balcony. It faces the street but was very quiet. Note that there are not beach towels or chairs to use. We did find a small Styrofoam cooler but looks like someone may have left it there. But there are bath towels, hairdryers, iron and board, washer & dryer. There is an elevator which is nice so you don't have to lug your suitcases up the stairs. close proximity to the pool. You can walk to the beach or take a little shuttle that picks you up by the pool. Beach was perfect. Beautiful. Restaurants are all in walking distance and so good. Highly recommend this place.

Lovely property and area!

We have stayed in this complex before (different unit) and really enjoy the complex and location. Giving this unit 4 stars due to a few minor issues we had but all together add up. Cleanliness- overall clean but there was a decent bit of sand on the kitchen counter, dishes/cups in the cabinets were wet and the bunk bed drawers had sand and hair in them. Not a big deal if we could remove them and empty them but they appeared to be fixed. Another issue was the remote in the front bedroom worked for volume but you could not change the channels. The remote in the bunk room was missing a battery. Management came and fixed the issues the next day, but still frustrating for the first night. Lastly, the sliding door from the bathroom to bunk room was broken and extremely difficult to close. The lock piece was permanently sticking out which feels amazing when you hit it. All minor issues but it feels like the attention to detail was lacking for this unit. Overall we love the location and complex and will definitely come back.
