This bright and airy second-floor condo is tucked away in one of Seaside Park’s most desirable ocean-block neighborhoodson 6th Ave. Perched in an ideal spot, you’ll enjoy refreshing ocean breezes from the front balcony and a great view of township concerts with calming bay views from the rear—creating the perfect setting to recharge and make lasting memories.

Multiple Rental Options:

Planning a wedding weekend or a family reunion We have three additional 3-bedroom condos in this complex—ask about reserving multiple condos for extra space and convenience.

Expectations & House Rules:

As per Seaside Ordinance #179 & 55-3. Minimum age for rentals must be 25 years or older and must be residing in the rental during the rental period.

Reserving Guest will agree to provide names, addresses and ages of all guests staying in property.

Reserving Guest and Guests under 21 must agree to have a Guardian Consent and a Parent execute a Parent Consent Form issued by the Borough of Seaside Heights.

No Exceptions. Reservations can not have outside guests or visiting friends. Any group rental seeking to check in in which all guests are under 21 years of age or bring attempt additional guests will be denied access and forfeit any monies paid.

No Subleasing

For security and peace of mind, subleasing or transferring your reservation to another party is not allowed. No 3rd party booking, the booking person must stay through the reservation

No Parties or Loud Gatherings

While we hope you have a fantastic time, this is a family-friendly space, not a party house.

As per township ordinance, Quiet hours begin at 10 PM to ensure everyone, including our neighbors, enjoys a peaceful evening.

(Please note: The township enforces strict noise ordinances.)

Pet Policy

We welcome 1 small non shedding dogs ! A pet fee applies.

Please provide your pet’s breed and size before booking for approval.

Unfortunately, large dogs that shed excessively or have aggressive tendencies are not a fit for our space.

Our Cleanliness Promise

We take pride in offering a clean space.

If anything isn’t to your satisfaction when you arrive, let us know within 2 hours of check-in and we’ll gladly send our cleaning team.

What We Provide:

While it is the norm at Seaside to bring your own beddings, we provide fresh linens & hypoallergenic pillows for a great night’s sleep

High-speed internet & smart TVs - please bring your own streaming service log ins
